Fantastic property in great area.

The property is extremely well stocked with basic foods and condiments etc - and then they go over and above that, which was a delight. All the equipment in the kitchen that you might need. Very well decorated throughout, huge bedrooms, warm. Very well placed to explore the area. Easy to park (on road).

Nothing, it surpassed our expectations. Just be aware that you have a few hills to walk up to get into the town centre, this was not a problem for us, but something to bear in mind.

Lovely flat with superior furnishings and facilities

The hosts were exceptionally generous with all the food and drink left waiting for us on arrival. Lovely to have access to their garden and roof-terrace also. The Snug is aptly named being very cosy, low-ceilinged and surely lovely on a crisp winter's day. In summer it remained very cool inside since ground floor and small windows.

The location was fine but slightly too far both from town centre and from hillside walks for those who have no car.

A fantastic stay with luxurious comfort.

Nothing. The whole flat was fantastic with so many extra: little snacks, toothpaste, cereals and so on. The hostess was extremely generous and we were very grateful. The place was spotless and the surroundings both inside and outside were beautiful. A quiet location surrounded by much greenery. We loved it and my dog was happy too! Thank you so much.

It’s very convenient for the Three Counties Show Ground and the town of Malvern. The layout of the rooms is lovely with plenty of space to relax in and a little sun trap patio to sit out in. The facilities provided are great. The information pack provides lots of information about local places to visit eat and drink.

Superb

Beautiful place, easy to find, at walking distance from the town centre, plenty of space for the car along the street. Well furnished, everything brand new, and on our arrival there was even tea, coffee, milk, marmalade, bread and cheese waiting for us (thanks!). Kitchen fully-equipped. Great shower. Comfortable beds. Fantastically quiet.

A few things that would require consideration: (1) the wi-fi works fairly well only close to the main door, and it was difficult to communicate by phone (even with data); once I had to go outside to make a phone call. (2) the toilet flush takes a very long time to refill... (3) The heating worked only the first evening (arriving from tremendously hot Italy we felt pretty cold), but we adapted rapidly.

The welcome pack was excellent and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great and the car parking was no problem. Plenty of little extras about the home and all facilities were very clean and first class. Would certainly stay there again.

Property was stunning - an apartment to feel just like home

The property was extremely clean with all mod cons and the quality of fittings and fixtures were superb. It felt like someone's well loved home with no expense spared. Tasteful, cosy and characterful. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Very high end quality property. Moreover, we found small snacks and a few food supplies so that shopping is not the first thing you have to do - that was really great ! ... and delicious :-) We chose the place to spend a day out with two hired MORGANs. But even apart from that, Malvern is a lovely town beautifully situated on the Malvern Hills with lots do to and was a very good base to explore other areas - and the accommodation itself was a godsend ! :-)

abosolutely loved it and would stay again

The thought and consideration about food (butter/milk/eggs etc) we were extremely happy to see them when we arrived. However we did do a shop prior to this as I understood that food wouldn't be included. Again though was very happy to have it available for us. we loved the fact that we could include our newly purchased kitten in our trip. The house was beautifully decorated and we loved the sofa's :)

If I was honest the matress wasn't that comfortable as it was far too soft (I do like a firm matress). Also the tog of the duvet was too big and we were too hot in the night. It was quite noisey upstairs which people/pets walking about when we were trying to sleep.

The apartment was further from town than expected. Views were a little hampered by the fact the apartment is in the basement. The bathroom was quite difficult to manage for a disabled person.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay

With super caring, helpful and responsive landlords, located in a safe and nice area, definitely fully equipped, even with dishwasher, it is impossible not to fall in love with it. We really like it and will definitely stay in there again when we next visit the area.

Beautiful property in a perfect location.

Everything!!..the location to walk into the hills or into town or the station. The beautiful linens on the beds and beautiful white soft towels. Everything is provided for the dishwasher or washing machine. We like to cook our own food so have to take everything with us like utensils but they have everything there. On arrival there was milk, bread&butter marmalade, orange juice, eggs crisps. Stunning beautiful property we have had a lovely week in The Snug. The owners have put a lot of thought into this.

lovely property, beautiful location. highly recommend. we were left fresh essentials and communication was great throughout- they really did think of everything.

I would say that although the property is pet friendly, you might struggle with a dog that needs an enclosed garden- thankfully we travelled without my dog.

A beautifully decorated and equipped apartment, that is comfortable and spacious for a family. It is the perfect base for exploring the Malvern Hills, Worcester and the Cotswolds. We really appreciated the warm welcome from Mike and Heather, with a hamper of provisions and restaurant recommendations. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great time had by all

Our hosts had provided some groceries for our stay which is great including milk cereals bread butter marmalade plus the usual tea and coffee 😀. Lovely place and comfortable sofa’s and beds. Very clean. Simple but lovely decoration. Near to The Common for dog walks Milo had great fun🥰 The Morgan worth a visit if you like a traditional pub with good beer 🍺and dog friendly.

The walk up into town at least 20-25 mins but taxis are available!

Absolutely lovely property!!!

Amazing property with lovely decoration, a lot attention to detail and basic supplies (e.g. milk, bread, cheese etc.) provided to get one started. We immidiately felt at home and absolutely loved it. It had absolutley everything you could possibly wish for. It was gorgeous and we would definitely book again if in the area. A real treat.

We would have preferred to be able to park at the property as parking was on the main road. Although parking places were easy enough to find. We found the bedrooms a little damp.

Wonderful Malvern Hills with a very comfortable stay.

Fantastic decor sand comfortable throughout. Extras provided went above and beyond the expected. Our lovely cottage owner even brought us freshly made homemade scones, jam and clotted cream.

It was a little way out of the main town centre but that was no problem as it was a nice walk.

The Snug was extremely comfortable and very spacious. It was fully equipped with everything you need. The added extras of a cheese board, breakfast cereals, welcome basket etc were superb. Ideally located for the Malvern Hills and nearby pubs & restaurants. 10/10

fabulous welcoming , comfortable accommodation

Location, high quality furnishings throughout and a fantastic array of food which was a great surprise.

Only two things - one major one minor ..... (1) we sat at the wee table to have a cuppa when we arrived and felt the seats felt sticky. Turns out wet paint was the reason and two pairs of trousers ended up with cream paint on them (mainly from the edge of the seats at eth back of your legs). So we didn't use the chairs for the rest of the weekend break...... but it didn't spoil our stay, we would come again. (2) couldn't find an oven glove? but that m=was maybe just us.
