The Snug

The whole apartment is clean and tidy. The landlord r really friendly and so generous. They prepared some eggs and cereal as our breakfast offered a ride to us to my daughter's school graduation. They also came to pick us back home after the ceremony at 11pm, I appreciate the gesture so much.

Nothing at all

The apartment is very well equipped; the hosts are very friendly and provided unexpected treats; The location is central to all the places we wanted to visit including car-free walks on the Malvern Hills; The accommodation is clean, comfortable and spacious; There is free on-street parking and we had no problem finding space.

I really couldn't fault it.

The welcome pack was excellent. The Snug was well appointed, clean and everything worked with ease. location was quiet, parking was not an issue and we were close to the town centre. owners were kind, approachable and informative.

We loved The Snug. It was clean, comfortable and spacious with lots of extras to make us feel at home. I've never stayed anywhere with so many little treats. Not only milk and a loaf of bread but many other items meant we didn't have to rush to the shops for provisions. Heather was really friendly and it was clear she wanted us to feel valued. It was a lovely touch to read about the development of the apartment over 20 years ago and imagine what it was like before. The Snug is on the edge of the town, with plenty of on-street parking but in walking distance to the centre and the station. Also, doorstep walking to the Malvern Hills made The Snug really well placed for all the things we wanted to do. A great find.
