About this apartment rental
In the middle of the city, less than 100 meters from Vienna's famous opera, lies our charming apartment. It offers an exclusive blend of traditional flair and modern urban life. The apartment is located in the fourth lift floor. It was completely renovated in 2016 and impresses with its high quality furniture. It gives your stay in Vienna the due elegance. Our apartment has a beautiful bedroom with a large double bed and a designer pull-out sofa. The very large living room has a great double and a single pull out sofa, also from Copperfield. We provide a walk-in wardrobe and an elegant, fully equipped kitchen.
Another highlight of the apartment is the large balcony, which invites you to chill out and let you enjoy your breakfast.
Of course, the apartment has a modern home entertainment and a strong Wi-Fi. A bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine completes the facilities.
The first district of Vienna is the city center of Vienna and thus the center of Vienna. The inner city has been inhabited since Roman times and was then called Vindobona. Several finds and excavations, such as on Michaelerplatz testify to this ancient past. The downtown area offers just what makes a city traveler's heart beat faster: the relevant attractions within walking distance, the most fashionable shopping streets around the corner, historic buildings and restaurants and pubs only a stone's throw away.

Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment - we ask for your understanding. Many families with small children come to us and we want everyone to feel good.

The good:
-- Great location, as advertised. Really close to the U-Bahn, which is easy to learn, and close to many tourist attractions, like the Museum Quarter, the Opera House, and the stunningly beautiful Karlskirche (St. Charles Church)
-- Very secure: you need a key to get in the outer door and the apartment door.
-- Well-stocked with dishwasher and laundry detergents
-- Clean
-- Lots of windows/doors to let fresh air in, though the view is to a wall on the other side of the building
-- Responsive landlord
-- Super fast elevator (if small)
The bad:
-- Not a 2-bedroom apartment. It is a 1-bedroom, with multiple options for people to sleep in the living room/dining room area. The large walk-in closet stores extra mattresses, but renters will have to share the bedroom space to get to the closet or the bathroom (which is where the laundry machine and shower are).
-- The only toilet is next to the front door. There is no toilet in the actual bathroom.
-- Shower stall is very small and there is nowhere to place shampoo bottles, soap, etc. This could easily be amended.
-- Hard bed and the only covers are two small duvets (no top sheets).
-- No air conditioning. This didn't matter for April, but most likely would matter a lot in the summer months.
