The location is great.
We and another set of customers did not receive the code to access the shared “lobby”. Paint was pealing off the bathroom ceiling and there weren’t any towel racks.

In a great location.
Good , comfortable large double beds.
Free coffee pods for the machine!
Couldn't figure out how to get into the Lobby room, but we didn't really need to, so that was fine
No hooks in the bathroom
Nowhere in the shower to put toiletries whilst using it.
Paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling, although it had just been refurbished .

Central location, quiet overnight, separate rooms. The water was lovely and cold.
One bedroom had no window and the adjoining bathroom had no window or vent fan. We stayed during a heatwave and the apartment was very hot with no airflow possible. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up for the 5th guest but it wasn’t. The elevator was out of order so luggage for 5 needed to be carried up and down 4 flights.
