The location of this apartment is fantastic, and on that basis we really were incredibly pleased. It is directly exceptionally close to the Hofburg as indicated, and directly next to the Spanish Riding School. It was also very clean upon our arrival. However, the listing says "1 bathroom" in one section and "1 bathroom, 1 half bathroom" in another section. In reality, there was 1 WC with sink and separately across the hall 1 shower with a sink. This is effectively 1 full bath (at least by US standards), so be aware if you have multiple people in your party. Also, the rental agency only makes one key available to the outer gate, which seemed to be locked only sometimes but on no obvious schedule. In theory, guests should be able to buzz in even without the key but that did not always work. Lastly, be advised that there was sometimes a sewer gas odor in the apartment. This was not too surprising as we have encountered this before in old buildings in Europe, and it isn't intolerable to us, but again just be advised. Overall, based on location and cleanliness alone, a positive experience in an amazing city.
