Big room in the city center

Nice big room in the city center, with superb equipment

The windows where isolating very well, but there was a noisy restaurant in the other side of the street and we could stil listen to them. I imagine that is not a problem as that night was a special party

Room is what we needed to start our cruise vacation.

No Breakfast. Location to the cruise port was perfect.

There was no door code given to us in advance of our visit. Had to call the owner!!

Great accomodation, super clean, beautifully decorated, highly recommended

The location of the property is great, 15 mins walk from train station, 5 minutes walk to ferry, many restaurants and shops nearby. The unit has washer, it was very handy. The lady at reception was very friendly and kind.

The air conditioning is not very efficient.

Victoria (and Elisabeth/sister property) Boutique Hitel

Location was 10min walk from train/bus station. And one block from main plaza.

No hot water, stove didn't work (I booked a kitchen room for a reason!). No elevator, harsh lighting, noise from bars/restaurants below room until 2am. Very noisy trash collection at 7am. Shower doors were not aligned and hard to open/close. I was moved to a different room (no kitchen), but not an improvement. Mold in shower on 2 sides and still no hot water, only lukewarm. No metal stopper in bidet (missing) so there was a nasty view (I put bathroom trash can over bidet to cover)

Great value but staff service could improve

The facility was of great value. The room was big, modern and comfortable. The location was great, near restaurants and coffee shops. Also the train and bus station was at walking distance.

The only problem was trying to reach the staff. I wrote more than 1 time to request an early check-in and I got no response via WhatsApp. When I tried to call, although I used 3 different contact numbers, I could not reach anybody. We also had questions on where to park our bikes, but nobody really helped us. Otherwise we had a great time there.

Location was good. Bedding good and the room was nice and clean.

My husband and I are in our sixties, and there was no mention of us needing to carry our baggage up 2 flights of stairs, no lift. The entrance and route to our room not nice:( Airconditioning dit not work well, did not cool down our room at all.

Amazing location, spacious room, would stay here again

Fantastic location, very easy check-in process (there is no reception so they will give you a code to access). The facilities were very good, AC was decent but I can imagine in peak heat it may not be strong enough. Very spacious, comfortable bed, responsive on WhatsApp. Would definitely stay here again!

Some of the amenities in the apartment were slightly broken but everything still worked! The AC isn’t super strong but it’s decent enough.

Othwise a lovely apartment for the younger couple.

Very clean, central location, apartment lovely and very well equipped.

We were on 2nd floor with 4 flights of stairs. We had 2 heavy suitcases and my husband has a bad back due to cancer so it was difficult getting up the stairs. An angel helped me get the cases up. Thank you to this gentleman.

Good value and comfortable accommodation in an excellent location.

Excellent location in the historic centre, and facing an inner courtyard and thus quiet. Bed was very comfortable and shower was very good.

Access to the room is up some stairs and along a short corridor which has lights that have to be turned on at the switch, so you need a phone or torch to light your way at one point. There was a problem with the wifi and the temporary substitute service was not particularly good. There is no Reception on site, which may unnerve some travellers.

Modern unit in a great location a stone’s throw from most of Trieste’s main attractions.

Fantastic location, modern and clean

No wifi. Difficult to carry luggage up and down 53 steps. No reception at all - only contact was via messages (WhatsApp or Booking.com), we were fortunate to meet the cleaner who helped us store our luggage till check in time. No milk, tea, or cups, only plastic disposable shot size cups (for coffee Italian style). Bit noisy at night.

Location superb, close to all amenities. Was very easy to find the apartment, we got in with a code given by the owner. Room was very clean and modern.

Pillows were very uncomfortable and cheap. We didn`t have any coffee in the room, empty pots :/

No lift. No correct directions to actual room, had to push a large door to get to room with the coded key pad. The large door looks locked and just like all the others to private apartments. Maybe a sign saying push to access Casa apartments ?

Fabulous location , close to great bars and restaurants. Perfect for catching a cruise as just across the way. Easy entry with good notification from management

Apartment is very near to Piazza Unitá d’Italia, reachable in 2 minutes on foot. Room is very big and comfortable, fitted out with al the necessary. Also the bathroom is big and clean, with all the space and all the necessary. Despite the building is in the centre of the city it isn’t noisy and it is possible to rest and enjoy the silence. I had opportunity to contact desk form WhatsApp and I have got an answer quickly

Everything! Lovely spacious apartment. Very easy to check-in. We were even allowed to check out an hour later on request. Air conditioning very good. Lovely area. Gorgeous restaurant called Bianco or Blanco a few doors down I can't remember which name. But we went there both evenings for our dinner. Delicious! Bathroom lovely also.

There were no blankets/doona and no spare pillows. Also there is no lift and we are elderly but that is our fault for not checking.

Casa was in a great location for our short visit w food and coffee places so close as well.

This was our first day in Trieste to prepare for a cruise the next day and the location was perfect. When we finally arrived - the keypad entry was easy to figure out and so convenient. The room was so clean and everything was so enjoyable. The Casa decorator must be an Art lover - there were so many books to enjoy as well if we had more time.

There was NOTHING that we would change!

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Trieste. The check in system was very easy. The apartment was big, airy and spacious. The bed was so comfortable.
