Location was perfect for our requirements. Having a parking spot was convenient. The building seemed sound proofed enough that we didn’t often hear other occupants moving about or talking. The doors secured well.
No opening windows meant it was very stale and muggy in the accommodation. This made it difficult to sleep.

The location is fantastic with a good view of the tower also which lights up in the evening.
Unfortunately we did occur problem’s however they were dealt with remotely from the BPL team which allowed us to move flats while the issues were rectified.

Spacious apartment for a family, warm, mostly quiet. Close to the beach and shops. Great communication with hosts, seem friendly.
The apartment could do with a deep clean and a paint, a lot of the furniture could definitely be updated, especially the beds and the kitchen stools which were wobbly and looked like they could break. We bought our own kitchen sponge as didn’t know how old the other one was, only one bin bag so bought more of them too, the oven trays were filthy, fridge wasn’t clean and cupboards were dirty and unorganised. The towels and bed covers had stains on, the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the toilet seat could be replaced too. There’s no curtain or blind on the window and skylight so the room is very bright in the morning. Rubbish under the one of the beds. Fag butts everywhere outside and rubbish at the side, could definitely do with an ashtray. I think you’re cleaner could do better and maybe a little welcome pack as you walk in would be nice, some taxi numbers, take away menus etc.
