Back Beach is just five minutes away, a paradisal spot near inviting restaurants, bars and pubs. After a hearty pub lunch or quick snack, burn off the calories on the numerous coastal walks that emblazon the shoreline. Or, jump in the car for half an hour and reach the expansive greenery of Dartmoor National Park. Home truths: * The apartment has 1 allocated car parking space on the lower ground floor * There are two flights of stairs and a lift from the car park to the apartment * There is an electric car charging point in the underground car park. It is available for 3 hour charging slots * The home is located next to a west coast railway line so there is some noise from the trains during the day, however, the trains don’t run overnight * The bi-folding doors have vacuum seals so the handles can be a bit stiff to open, but they do open completely to provide that open feel to the rest of the property. * There is a communal exercise area downstairs with weights and a cross trainer
