Location is perfect for Teignmouth and Shaldon, kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are big and the lounge is really comfortable. Garden area is south facing and sheltered.

We have a great time. There was a Christmas tree, which was really great because we were staying over Christmas with little kids so we were able to have a proper Christmas morning with presents under the tree. The place was warm and the location was great. Beds were quite comfy. Great shower.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coombe Bank, the property was clean and very well furnished, comfortable beds and everything we could want for our holiday.

The apartment was a little difficult to find initially but realised it was around the back of the Coombe Bank Hotel.
It looks different to the photo only in that the kitchen and living rooms are quite dark and there’s only one smallish window in each room so we just pulled up the blinds and left them up during our stay which did improve things.
It is beautifully decorated & to a generally high quality standard inside & very clean and very comfortable generally speaking too.
Beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is really nice and the shower is brilliant,
The towels are very thin but adequate. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. Very few supplies just: a little bit of washing up liquid, some pump soap some large bin liners for the main bin but none for the small bathroom bin, just two rolls of toilet paper which was very thin and a very small amount of washing machine pods, no other cleaning stuff apart from a J Cloth and scourer.. The sofa is big and comfy, TV is is a good size with the usual apps.
Hanging space is just a bracket on the wall of each bedroom about 25-30cms long with 6 hangers on each. No waste paper baskets in the bedrooms was a bit of a nuisance.
The heating is extremely easy to operate with the thermostat which is next to the television. The bathroom radiator is operated by a switch in the small bedroom.
Overall the high standard of the property is the best we have had so far and if I came back to Tiegnmouth, I would stay at Coombe Bank again.
