Everything, but most especially the beds, quiet bedrooms and the shower. We didn't hear the infamous Teignmouth gulls after the first night when we had the windows open. We had breakfast at the apartment every other meal was eaten out.
Our combined age was 300+. I was the only one who could manage the large gate.

Location is perfect for Teignmouth and Shaldon, kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are big and the lounge is really comfortable. Garden area is south facing and sheltered.

Quiet location, very comfortable and very well equipped. Generous sized rooms and spotlessly clean. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. No dishwasher but it didn't matter. Easy parking.
Annoying management company sent 16 emails over a 6 week period for a 3 night stay! Their fancy app guide to the property was fairly useless. Only useful info was the key code to get in. Doesn't say that the entry is to the right of the main house, through a wooden gate and round to the rear. Recycling arrangements not as described. Washer dryer has bluetooth but won't dry towels. A link to the online manual would have been helpful. Only info about kitchen appliances was re the coffee pod machine. If you dislike the taste and environmental impact, there is a cafetiere for real coffee. We took our own in the absence of info.
PIR light near the key box would be helpful as it's fiddly to use.

Beautifully decorated and furnished apartment.
Outside area with lovely furniture and parking were a real bonus.
Only met the owners briefly but they seemed very nice. They live upstairs but other than leaving us a welcome note with their contact details (and a bottle of Prosecco) when you arrive they give us complete privacy..
The internet was patchy to say the least and the living room was very dark.
