About this apartment rental

This beautiful & modern 2 bed apartment, located on the sea front of Teignmouth is perfect get away for couples, friends and families. Apartment is very spacious and sleeps up to 6 people thanks to a very comfortable double sofa bed. It is newly renovated Victorian building, with many beautiful original features, combined with a modern touch, gives luxurious comfort feeling of a home away from home. Location couldn't be better for holiday makers. Beach is just across the road.

A really lovely apartment, tastefully furnished and comfortable with nice bed linen and towels. There was plenty of space for our 2 year old granddaughter to run around. There were a few things missing when we arrived - no kitchen roll, hand wash, dishwasher tablets etc but these were delivered the next day with a bottle of Prosecco which was very welcome! There was a broken lightbulb in the smaller bedroom which was promptly replaced while we were out. There were no instructions about recycling and where to put rubbish etc. The smaller bedroom was very very small, we could hardly squeeze round the double bed and the mattress cover was stained so I washed it. The larger bedroom was lovely but the bed which was listed as a king size is in fact another double. Also, the parking space is very narrow, I could just get my small Mercedes in and just get out of the door, but I’m small, my son’s Tesla would never have fitted. I don’t usually have to complain about places we stay but in this case I think a few tweaks might be in order. Having said all that, we did like the place despite the hiccups and may well be back!

Thought the property was great overall but lacked storage in bedrooms-done with style over substance. No one came to replace dead bulb in bedroom or attach the basket in shower when we requested them. Position in town very good, parking spot very narrow
