About this apartment rental
One of a handful of premium properties within the exclusive Grand Banks development, the first-floor Estuary View has access to an on-site gym and is within easy walking distance of the town's best beaches, shops and restaurants.

The property's two stunning bedrooms include a master en-suite with king size bed, and a twin that can be made up as a king size to offer flexibility to suit all guest parties. A separate family bathroom ensures convenience and comfort for all, while underfloor heating throughout means that during the cooler months, the apartment stays warm and toasty.
There are several great beaches within easy walking distance from the apartment's front door including Teignmouth's popular Back Beach which is just a 5-minute walk away. When the tide is low you can walk right round to the main beach where you'll find seaside eateries, ice-cream kiosks, and a public green with go-karts, tennis courts and themed mini golf. The town bursts with restaurants, cafes and shops making it perfect for enjoying the Devon weather. Nearby, the South West Coast Path offers a scenic coastal trail along the sea wall, while the rugged landscape of Dartmoor National Park can be reached within 30 minutes by car.
A seasonal ferry from Back Beach hops over to Shaldon which is a lovely day out, while the larger town of Torquay, which is just 15-minute drive away, is where you'll find the beautiful Cockington Country Park, Torre Abbey and Babbacombe Cliff railway.

We enjoyed our stay in Estuary View, location was very good, easy access to the town centre. Bit of a climb back from town so not good for the less mobile.

The property was better than expected, lovely views, comfortable apartment and all the basics and more were supplied.
Highly recommend . Local town and transport links are only a short walk away.

We had an excellent week, the apartment was just what we wanted as we had our 90 year old father with us who’s not very mobile.,which was accessible for him all being on one level-plus a lift. Had a problem with the bedroom…wanted two single beds instead of a double, so called the number which we was given and the problem was rectified very promptly.
We weren’t bothered about the view,and the trains ! But could bother some people if not aware. The only problem we found is how to turn the temperature down on heating system no instructions in manual, so got very warm in bedrooms did try to turn it down, but wasn’t sure we were doing it properly so left it .
