This apartment is perfect if you want to stay in the old historic town. A fantastic location with everything on your doorstep. The host, Sergio was very helpful both before and during our stay. Every request was answered promptly. The apartment is spotless and the host provides many basic things so you don't have to rush to the shop for toiletries and cleaning materials when you arrive. Lots of nice touches. Two small balconies which allow you to savour being in Spain, though overlooking an alleyway. However, it is very quiet for somewhere so central. Highly recommend for a couple or solo traveller.

We agree with those who said it is a little dark in the apartment. However, this really does not matter as in Valencia, you want to be out in the sun all the time! Also, it is true that the bed is definitely a little short but it is very comfortable and the bedclothes are lovely, crisp and clean.

Sergio was so helpful with information before our arrival to help us find the place. He met us with the keys and gave us a quick overview of where to find things in the apartment and how things worked. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed for two people. It’s right by Mercat Central - an amazing indoor farmers market used by locals and visitors alike - perfect for stocking up on cheese, jamon, fruit (or just about any locally-produced food item you can think of). The area around the apartment is very walkable and you can meander Valencia’s cobblestone streets and see the major sights without need of a car.

Situato nel cuore di València! L’host è una persona gentile e molto disponibile, comprensiva e sempre presente! Tutto ottimo! Lo consiglio.
