Caravan great size and space for 20 of us. Great value for money as well. Communication from company was great, making sure all details were supplied and had all the information and knowledge needed for a successful weekend. Heating in van was fantastic, the warmest van I've ever stayed in.
Swimming pool on site is brilliant, we all had a great time in there. Also great WiFi which was perfect for a chilled rainy afternoon film.
Caravan could do with an update on curtains and maybe a deeper clean and needs a dustpan and brush and pair of scissors.

Facilities were ok, passes were extra and expensive (had to be purchased from Park Holidays) so not the caravans providers fault. Booking process was great, all in all, ok for what it is. Staff was available on the phone and very polite.
A door in the caravan was stuck shut. We thought it was locked. The caravan had not been cleaned, dirty floors, mouldy dishes (bowls) in the cupboard and spiderwebs everywhere.
