The location was great just a short walk to the town centre and the beach and pier. The house was well equipped and suitable for a large group of people, there were 5 of us so we were able to have a bedroom each and there was room for us to sit comfortably in the lounge. There was tea, coffee, sugar and milk available when we arrived which was a great bonus as it meant we could have a drink as soon as we arrived.

Excellent location in clacton. Parking
It was a comfortable and has plenty of kitchen utensils and cook wear. Ideal for large families.
We were fortunate to have a lovely weather and the room on the second floor was stifling hot!
Downstairs shower room flooring in the shower unsteady .
