Exquisite location close to the sea!

Key collection and drop off was very easy, all information needed was sent a few days prior to check-in date which made everything smooth. The house was very clean, pet friendly and very welcoming. The house was warm and had everything needed for a weekend stay, including games, DVDs, it’s home from home.

Fabulous location and spacious attractive house. Close to the beach and Frinton village.

On arrival , not a pint of milk or anything to welcome which we have always been used too at all the properties of this level that we have stayed in. Only four mugs which were stained and cracked. Put them through the dishwasher , improved slightly. We went out to buy four new ones. Cutlery and many plates were grimy, needed to go through the dishwasher. The cupboard above the sink was not clean , black dots and crumbs not sure what they were ? All along the bottom of that cupboard. No tea or coffee , no salt and vinegar. Have not stayed in a property in the last 20 years Stair rail sticky , bedding all needs replacing. All from the 80’s. Beds have seen better days and would suggest new ones. My parents agreed. The double bed in the room with the basin, was however comfortable. Decor needs up dating . Hairs all in the bathroom sink upstairs ? Dinning room table and chairs need up dating. Very uncomfortable and my mum in her 80’s , almost fell of the pad on the seat that did not fit. TV was very good however.
