It was fun, pleasant and everyone was comfortable and happy

It was clean when we arrived, all bedding was nicely set out and the kitchen was equipped

one of the bedrooms didn't have bedding but that was something we ourselves were able to fix

Exceptional stay!!

I have spent a night here on the occasion of my other half's birthday and requested for birthday banner and balloons to be provided before the arrival and to our surprise, they have added a little touch of adding a present too!! The other half loved it! Thank you so much for the pre arrangements before our arrival. Attached some pics.

Lovely accommodation!

Very spacious, kitchen was lovely and beds were comfortable! Very hot shower! Local shop is located on the camp site. 20 min drive to the beach! 40 mins from Colchester town centre.

No towels provided 1 roll of tissue provided per stay WiFi = £8.50 a day Not a deal breaker, but just good to be aware! I would still stay here again.

When we arrived we had to tidy our room, they left everything on the bed and didn't leave anything done!! And the host is so rude ! They asking for deposit and never give back even when the property is perfect like we leave , I have a video of everything!!

Our spontaneous trip

I loved how welcomed we was made to feel kind and friendly. The caravan inits self was beutiful roomy warm clean and comfortable. Thank you guys this was our first stay without and look forward to booking with you meny times more in the future 😊.

pretty good place but wouldnt stay at the same caravans-far from luxurious

good property for a short weekend, wish there was a bigger fridge

fridge door and microwave were not working which we didnt get our deposit back for-it was stated to the owner that we found it like that but they decided to keep the deposit with no warning

Very unsatisfied

The oldest, dirtiest caravan that I have ever seen. Unfortunately it was not like in the picture. We got two other caravans that were not shown in the picture. And it was a disaster.

Could have been better

The location was good and the size of the accommodation was as promised.

The room had a noticeable weird smell, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the kitchen area wasn’t up to standard — the dishes provided were quite dirty. With a little more attention to cleanliness, especially in the kitchen and overall room freshness, the experience could have been much better. Additionally, we faced issues with the security deposit refund. I had to follow up multiple times to get it back, and only received the credit after I mentioned escalating the matter to Booking.com.

Pets way to expensive

Caravan was clean and comfortable

Charges for dogs was not originally advertised on site and at 40 pounds for 2 small dogs for one night was ridiculous it was almost as expensive as the van as it was a late booking it was also too late to cancel without losing money once we found out the dog cost so had to pay the cost . It was also not the van shown as they said that one was not dog friendly so gave us another one without any info on van

The caravan was reasonably clean

We had to wait 24hrs for the WiFi and we were told we needed to go to reception to collect passes for the facilities on the site, when we went down to collect, they told us we needed to pay £17.50 for each adult. Which definitely wasn’t made clear.

Absolutely beautiful caravan, the best we've ever stayed in! Super lovely interior, a real sized bath and an American Fridge freezer? Wowza! Janette, our host, is the loveliest person as well :-) Booking again for next year x

The site and caravan were awful. Bedding was dirty so was the caravan. We had two young children with us and decided that not only was the caravan unhygienic but the site seemed full of people that looked very undesirable. We decided it was unsafe for us to stay so handed the keys back and went home.

Would stay here again

The hosts where pleasant and accommodating, no option to book in my dogs on booking.com but when I messaged the host this was quickly resolved, payment was easy and I was met by the host to show me to the caravan. Beautiful location looking out at fields.

The price, and unfortunately the cleanliness, I had to remove the cushions from the sofa as I didn’t want the dogs laying on them whilst we was out and found all sorts of rubbish and dirt underneath, I did hoover as I couldn’t leave it, which I didn’t mind, but the sofa cushions needs a really good clean, they are quite smelly, we weren’t allowed in the club to get food as we didn’t have a pass, we went to purchase one to be told they close at 6. We walked to the other side and obtained chips instead, despite this, due to the location and the hosts we would stay here again.
