Fabelhafte Wohnung, alles äußerst bequem und praktisch. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren immer ansprechbar und stets hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Fußläufig in der Nähe findet man alles, was man braucht.
Es gab keine Einschränkungen, aber die Anbindung ans Zentrum ist per Auto besser als Bus.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with nice balcony for sitting outside
The building was an old building with poor common area which can be disappointing at the start but after getting used it would be fine,

Everything was smooth, from the great, friendly mangement and support. The apartment was amazing, organized and provided with all your needs. Also, there are Pharmacy, Bakery and Supermarket available nearby with few steps away which sustains all your needs anytime. I will book the apartment again when I come back to Yerevan of course. 10/10
The last 2 nights out of 8 nights, there were alot of dogs barking at night. But I wouldn't blame the mangement for that of coursw but to keep it in mind.

Clean and comfortable.
It’s a bit far from the center, so you’ll need to book a taxi to get to Times Square. There is only one elevator.
