Great location and proximity to restaurants

There was a bit of construction going around that created lots of dust

The location is perfect. Just 2min from the Rebublic Square and many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes etc around. There is a lift on the building and the apartments are spacious and recently renovated. The apartments are well equiped with dishwasher, drying rack, ironing machine and board, washing machine, full size fridge, basic hair dryer, tv. There was always hot water on the shower.

The wear and tear is obvious around the apartment. The shower gel on the shower smelled really really bad. The wifi did not work at all during my stay and even after I informed the management twice, it was not fixed. I booked a studio with balcony but I couldn't use the balcony due to renovation on the building, so I believe they should lower the price until renovation is completed.. The mattress need replacement , it is overused and really uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows are very fluffly but very thin and give no support.

Отличное расположение , постоянно останавливаемся на этой улице, в трех минутах от площади Республики. Рядом много ресторанов. До каскада пешком ~15-20 минут. Ремонт свежий, очень сильный. все новое,полностью соответствует фото. Очень расстроились стройке, потому что апартаменты действительно классные.

1. Стройка за окном , окна наших апартаментов выходили именно во двор . В нем большая стройка и много строительной пыли, не открыть даже окна . Мы не стали оставаться, и выселились через 3 часа. 2. За сутки пыталась уточнить детали заселения , никто не отвечал, пришло сообщение за 10 минут до вылета в день заселения ,что оплата по ссылке ( платеж с российской карты не проходил ) , пришлось с багажом сначала заезжать в их сетевой отель и оплачивать наличными там, и только потом заселяться в апартаменты (отель недалеко от апартаментов , но с багажом было тяжело)
