An excellent host—kind, helpful, and always willing to assist. Whatever we needed or asked, he was always available and happy to help. The location is excellent, just behind Republic Square, in an area where everything you need is within walking distance. The house is comfortable, fully equipped, and has everything you could need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We were extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again!

Shahin (the host) was very friendly and caring. As soon as I arrived in Yerevan (at 3:30 am) he was available online on WhatsApp. He arranged a driver for me and he was very precise with the information of the car and made sure that I find the driver easy. The driver was not speaking english, however there was absolutely no problem, as Shahin arranged everything before and my journey from airport to apartment was ver easy and smooth. The apartment was very cosy and family friendly. The beds and pillows were great and comfortable. the bedsheets and towel have been very clean and almost new. The size of the kitchen was great and the equipment were more than enough. the macrowave was working perfectly well same as toaster and the kettle. the location was excellent. Shahin was one of the best host. If next time we travel to Yerevan I definitely will choose this apartment. Many Thanks Shahin. You have been amazing.

Our family was very happy with our stay. The location couldn’t be better — everything is conveniently close by. The apartment is very comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. The host was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Мы прекрасно провели время. Квартира более чем достойная и в ней очень тихо. Чистота и порядок был на высшем уровне. Хозяин всегда был на связи и быстро отвечал на любые вопросы. Он также любезно разрешил нам поздний выезд, что было очень полезно. Спасибо за отличное гостеприимство!
