This is another good place from RIS apartments. Excellent central location. Rather large apartment. Extremely helpful and accommodating host, great bed, good internet, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen. Very safe.
While the apartment itself is well-refurbished, the building and its entrance look rather old, which is quite common in Yerevan.

Perfectly located in the city center, super comfortable bed, good internet. Very smart apartment design with a bedroom and living room/kitchen. Absolutely safe. Extremely helpful and accommodating host. Quite, despite being on a central street. Fully equipped with various electronic/kitchen tools.
While the apartment itself is well-refurbished, the building itself and its entrance are old and badly maintained, however that is quite common in Yerevan. Rather small bathroom.

Everything was perfect. We booked a two bedroom apartment - everything was clean, spacious, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, perfect location near the opera. Communication with the accommodation was also great. Helpful staff who will answer all your questions within a few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay here.
