Vynikající lokalita!!! Centrum Jerevanu, krásný výhled!!! Majitel okamžitě reagoval na nedostatky ubytování, (rozbila se mikrovlnná trouba a klika u dveří) hned ten samý den vyřešil problém! V extrémním horku, kdy bylo +36C a nestihala klimatizace, okamžitě dodal i ventilátory!!!
V apartmánu bylo pouze na balkóně hodně staré koště na zametení podlahy a nebyla ani lopatka. Banalita, ale potřebná. Zlepšit úklid - žaluzie na oknech a poličky byly pokryté prachem.

Great location; friendly host; specious and clean apartment; great ducted air-condition system that kept the entire apartment cool, facing is sunny and airy; being on the 10th floor had a great view.
Couldn't enjoy the balconies, firstly because of the low railing, which is not safe, specially for families with little kids. Appreciate more towels and extra pillows.
