Sehr schönes Apartment in perfekter Lage im Zentrum von Eriwan. Alles war sauber, modern eingerichtet und genau wie auf den Fotos. Die zwei Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind besonders praktisch, und der Balkon ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und gut erreichbar, Check-in lief problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Klare Empfehlung!

Property was located in city center, pharmacy, 24/7 market, food court and etc. was close and we had easy access to everything. Host was very kind, attentive and welcoming, he helped us in everything (we had a lot of questions and he gave us answers on all of that) host speaks English and Russian very well, which made communication much more easier. The house itself was very clean, smelled clean and it was huge, it had everything you needed. (2 bathrooms, utensils, blow dryer, microwave, fridge, hot water, security…) Even tho we stayed for 3 days only, you could rent this apartment for months and live there. We were honestly excited when we saw the house in real life. It made our Yerevan journey!

The location is excellent. Close to a park, on a quiet street. The photos are accurate to the apartment - warm and clean. Communication with the landlord was easy and convenient. Good to know that you pay cash, on the spot. It was extremely helpful for our working visit that the host issued named invoices to each of us. A very good advantage is the permanent guards on the ground floor of the building. We chose this accommodation because of the two separate bedrooms, separate bathroom and additional toilet. There was a washing machine which we used. There are shops close by, a variety of restaurants, patisseries and cafes nearby. Easy access to one of the main arteries of the city - Mesrop Mashtots Avenue.

Everything was great - I would happily stay here again. There are just a few details that are good to know. Access to the building entrance is slower - due to one-way streets and heavy traffic - especially on Pushkin Street. It's a good idea to have a bedside lamp in the second bedroom as well.
