I liked the location and the comfort of the room.

I had a very disappointing experience with the booking process. I booked this accommodation, and on the same day of the reservation — just before my flight — I received a message saying they couldn’t host us, even though Booking.com had confirmed over the phone that the property could accommodate us. You can imagine how difficult that situation was. They offered us another place instead, but the building was in really poor condition. The apartment itself was spacious, but the cleanliness was only average. Payment is in cash only. I’ve repeatedly asked for an invoice, but I still haven’t received it.
