Чудесные аппарты. Безупречная чистота. Красиво. Для компании из 7 человек комфортно. Ещё пару мест были свободные). Есть все необходимое. В 5 минутах магазины,внизу кафе, локация отличная. Если в Ереван-то только сюда!

Sehr schöne Wohnung/Apartment. Es ist alles vorhanden was eine größere Gruppe benötigt (Küche, zwei Badezimmer, mehrere Balkone etc. ). Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kann bei Fragen oder Problemen jeder Zeit kontaktiert/angerufen werden. Das Apartment ist sehr zentral, sodass man fast alles in der Stadtmitte zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Very beautiful apartment. Everything a larger group needs is available (kitchen, two bathrooms, multiple balconies, etc.). The owner is very friendly, accommodating, and can be contacted or called at any time in case of questions or issues. The apartment is very centrally located, so most places in the city center can be reached on foot.
