We recently stayed at this wonderful guesthouse and were extremely satisfied. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Everything was organized at a high level, which made our stay truly pleasant. The owner is very kind, caring, and responsible, always ready to help and give useful advice. The atmosphere is warm and homely — you feel as if you are in your own home.The guesthouse is located in the very central area, and everything is right next to it — shops, cafés, food courts, and all necessary amenities. The location is very convenient both for walking around and for daily needs.
Everything was perfect. There is nothing to complain about.

The best area in the city with everything available (super market, restaurants, ATM, pharmacy,...)
Very nice and honest host who is very responsible and kind.
The apartment is well furnished and you can find everything you need.
I will sure book this apartment again next time I come to Yerevan.
