Good accommodation, but let down by not having hot water.

Very nicely arranged flat, very close to the centre of the city, good facilities, clean & spacious accommodation. Very good well equipped kitchen, supermarket, bakeries & secure parking is a few minutes walk.

Issue with the boiler seems to be a regular thing, judging by previous reviews as well. We had no hot running water for the 2 days we stayed, was very uncomfortable for the whole family to shower in the cold water. Host said nothing can be done, as repairman will not be able to come till the day after we left. No compensation was offered.

Stayed in Liege for the Belgium grind prix. Easy to park in the nearest car park, lots of shops, restaurants and enterta

Excellent host. Travelled for the Grind Prix and were delayed in traffic. Host was there to welcome us which was a nice touch after a long day travelling.

Very spacious. Had are own space to relax in comfort.

Surprising and large apartment with all amenities in the centre

Very big apartment with two bedrooms in the middle of the old city. It's something very different, with a gallery, different levels, different seating areas, so also very suitable for friends or two couples for example. Very big kitchen with everything you need. Also coffee, tea, herbs, oil etc already there. TV with Netflix and Prime, walking distance to the old centre and a supermarket 200 meters away. We loved it and had a very comfortable stay. The host was very nice. She communicated well before arrival, during our stay and at departure.

Nothing, just be aware that one of the bedrooms is right under the ceiling, so you cannot stand up and you need to get up a steep staircase (but makes it very cosy :-))

Large apartment with great amenities and a very nice host

Love the various areas of the apartment and also the industrial loft feel. Area was pretty quiet. I spent most of the time that we were at the apartment in the TV area or next to it in the kitchen. This was the only rental we've been to on our European vacation that had a dryer too. That helped to finish laundry quickly, which was nice. Loved the big shower complete with shampoo/conditioner/soap (there are two big showers). Florence was a great host and answered questions quickly and even left us some treats. Thank you Florence for letting us stay in you wonderful apartment!

Sehr schönes Wochenende

Wunderschönen Loft in New York Stil. 2 Schlafzimmer (1 mit Bad, 2 nir zum Schlafen), das beste ist weiter- sehr grosses Wohnzimmer mit Küche und zweite Bad, oben noch sitzecke und Schreibtisch. Ser Industrial und geschmackvoll gestalten. Lage ist auch geil,nur paar Schritte von Weihnachtsmarkt

Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer macht Geräusche beim umdrehen, Kopfkissen nicht so besonders bequem

Mooi en zeer ruim appartement en perfecte ligging . Alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op loop afstand . Fijne communicatie met eigenaresse Florence .

Ruime en goed voorziene woning, jammer dat het bed bij de minste beweging erg piepte.

De ligging is middenin het oud stadsgedeelte en op wandelafstand van het centrum van Luik. De woonst is ruim, met een goed uitgeruste keuken en 2 badkamers, plaats in overvloed. De 'host' is heel reactief.

Het bed in de hoofdslaapkamer piept erg en je ligt in een sleuf in het midden van het bed. In de andere slaapkamer is het plafond heel laag. We kregen jammer genoeg het bericht om de verwarming (in januari) niet te hoog te draaien omwille van mogelijke problemen.

Le logement est idealement situe en plein coeur de Liege rendant de nombreuses visites accessibles a pied. Super insolite le lieu est bien amenage et tres confortable. L'accueil et la communication au top !

Le logement se trouve en sous-sol. Ce n'etait pas un probleme pour nous mais il y a peu de lumiere naturelle a certains endroits et un tout petit peu d'humidite
