Reasonably good value for money. The restaurant in house is simply fantastic. Do much so that I would suggest booking. Great parking available onsite.

We expected to get more for our money. Install an elevator and move to a modern safe.

The location and free parking

Room - There is no elevator to the upper floors, we had to carry our suitcases by hand. Terrible stairs - black and invisible and the worst thing, each step is a different height. Hold on tightly to the railing. In addition - there is no coffee set in the room or at least a kettle for hot water, the most elementary thing. Safe - The safe has a huge key that you have to carry in your pocket for the entire duration of your stay and for which you are asked to leave a deposit.

Grate experience

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The entire staff was lovely, gave us a warm welcome, and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and every request we had was answered quickly and kindly. We would especially like to thank Mariya from the breakfast team – she was kind, helpful, and gave us excellent recommendations that really enhanced our trip. A great experience overall – we’d be happy to return!

good location with safe parking and short walking to the lake

great location, nice room and comfortable parking available on site. Restaurant was fully bookend for evening, but a recommended pizza place alternate was very close by and we enjoyed seating at the lake front

Not a happy experience

It was possible to park the car.

This is a hotel attached to a restaurant. The check in was very slow, as the lady who received us slowly punched all our passport details into the computer while we waited; normally in Italy the documents are taken and returned later. Our rooms were up two flights of stairs - it said there was no lift in the particulars, but we were given no help with the baggage. We are approaching our 80s. The room was cold. Neither of the two control panels on the wall seemed to work. There was no extra bedding in the cupboard, I had to go down to ask for it. A clean extra duvet was supplied. The rooms were very small (We hired one also for our daughter). During the night one could hear the traffic on the road below. The breakfast was minimalist. The price of 190 Euros for each room for the night was quite excessive for what we got.

Great stay at Lago Maggiore!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and a good size and from the balcony, we were able to see the lake! We also had dinner in the restaurant, which was delicious!

Very friendly staff, good bed, and comfortabel hotel.

The hotel is located near a very busy road. In the morning, with the windows open and the sun burning, you have breakfast surrounded by noise and heat. In the garden as well, all you hear are trucks and cars driving by. Such a pity.

Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Limited food choice during breakfast (1 kind of cheese, 2 types of meat, some fruit, eggs and bacon, bread and jam-filled croissants), all the rest was pre-packaged. No airconditioning in the breakfast area, nor refrigerated food.

The hotel is situated along the main street, so you hear the traffic even if your room is facing the yard. No elevator.

An excellent find we shall be back.

The staff are their greatest asset. The room was clean and a good size but with no frills. The breakfast was good but it was selected for you because of covid. The restaurant had a very good menu and wine list at reasonable prices.

Spacey room but noisy room

Room came with 2 baths with toilets. Was very spacious.

Bed was springy and not very comfortable, but the worst is the noice from the road at night. Because the hotel is next to a busy road and walls were paper thin, it was raining and I could hear the cars swoosh by on the wet roads the whole night.

Nice hotel with bad service

The location is quite nice and the hotel itself is in a good shape.

The amount of bread prepared for breakfast was not enough for a four headed family and the waiter was unhappy when we have asked for more. The hotel provides water to drink and for teach brushing but the fridge was always empty. The hotel hosts event in the evening with resulted in the situation that there was no empty space for us to park.

The hotel is beautiful on the inside and outside. I loved the sheets. Everyting was very clean.

Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the streets. It was that bad that we decided to change hotels the next day.
