Wonderful, relaxing place to stay

We had a really lovely stay. The property is well equipped and everything we wanted in the kitchen we found. The location was very quiet without being too far of a drive from the city. We were blessed with great northern lights two nights that we had an amazing view of because of the open field next to the house. When the sky was clear the stars were incredible, we saw many shooting stars. Sauna was lovely and easy to use and we enjoyed a fire in to roast sausages and marshmallows in the hut next to the house. We also enjoyed a row on the lake in the boat on property. A reindeer even walked through the field while we were eating breakfast one morning and our daughter was thrilled. From here we were able to visit Santa’s village, the Arktikum science center, and bearhill huskies easily by car. The extra drive was worth it for the peacefulness of this beautiful place. Stayed mid October, would choose this house again if we are ever in the area.

No complaints, everything was perfect. I worried about having to meet someone on location to get the key since we arrived around 9pm but the owner was there waiting for us and made the process easy.

Beautiful comfty house by a lake

House is very comfortable and spacious, it really has everything you need. Everything is very well maintained. There's a dryer closet really useful when you come back with wet clothes from snow.. Surroundings are very beautiful, with a lake right in front and forest all around. Sauna is a plus.

It takes 35min to get downtown Rovaniemi, but it's really worth to do it as you enjoy the house and surroundings

just a dream in winter Wonderland

Even we got relocated to another house last minute by the owner - we got a fantastic house well equipped a d comfortable. it was all taken care of and we had a wonderful Christmas with our kids. we hope we can come back!

Comfy house equipped with everything you need, including sauna and fireplace. Closest supermarket is 10 mins by car away, Rovaniemi less than 30 mins. Ari is a very nice host and exchange of keys etc. all worked very well. After that we enjoyed a weekend basically in solitude with forest and lake close by and even Northern lights during one night. We will definitely stay here again when coming back to Lappland.

Uns gefiel besonders: Das Haus, das ganze Anwesen, die Lage, die klare Erreichbarkeit des Hauses, die ruhige Gegend, die Zimmer, die Ausstattung, die separate Grillhütte (Feuerholz inkludiert), der freundliche, prompte und umfangreiche Service unseres Betreuers, die direkten Wandermöglichkeiten sowie die Freizeit- und Kulturangebote. Nicht zuletzt aber auch das zurückhaltende, freundliche und hilfsbereite Wesen der Bewohner der Gegend um Rovaniemi.

Es gibt nichts formulierbares, das man hier eintragen könnte. Keine nennenswerte Kritik vorhanden.
