Sehr uriges und spezielles Ambiente, toller Ausblick aufs mehr und zur Nachbarinsel, Pico majestätisch im Rücken. Ruhig.
Recht viele Insekten (Kakerlaken) im Haus. Keine Fliegengitter. Sehr dunkel, da viele Lampen nicht angeschlossen sind. Teils freiliegende Steckdosen. Kein Feuerzeug oder Streichhölzer um Gasherd anzumachen. Etwas zusammengewürfelte Ausstattung.

Basic accommodation, traditional building in a lovely rural peaceful location. Really enjoyed al fresco meals on the terrace with sea views.

Es ist ein tolles Haus aus Lavastein, welches das komplette obere Stockwerk als Aufenthaltsraum hat. Die Terrasse ist wirklich wunderbar. Es ist auch eher sauber, aber…
… in der Unterkunft gibt es viele kleine Tierchen, die von der Besitzerin gerechtfertigt werden als ,rural tourism‘. Ameisen und drei Eidechsen konnte man in der Küche finden. Auch einige Silberfische trifft man dort auch an. Ich finde dies ziemlich schade, dass dies in der Beschreibung nirgends steht.
Der Bezug der Liegestühle auf dem Bild fehlen. Die Aussicht auf den Bildern ist auch nicht mehr aktuell. Der inklusive Parkplatz der angepriesen wird, ist ein Parkplatz an der Straße. Ich hatte das Gefühl hier ging es um Profit und die Anzeige, die auf Booking.com geschaltet ist, ist nicht mehr aktuell. Irgendwann muss man vielleicht auch etwas reinvestieren…
