Clean, safe, easily accessible and well equipped
On my day of departure I ordered a breakfast pack at reception as i had an early flight and was assured it will be ready. in the morning it was not and Anness wasn’t apologetic

Hotel Location and my hotel room and view... stunning. 2721. would want this one again over better next time.
The issue of no water on the 8th was a big/ huge inconvenience, coming back from a Cycling Race and no water in the building/ hotel to shower, freshen up.

The whole experience, especially the reception, who called me to guide me to the hotel. She even waited outside for me to make sure I got there safe.

I loved the views of my apartment but the ladies at reception do not provide service at all. They do not answer phones nor do they assist with services.
Lack of service. Reception don’t answer phones nor do they reply to text messages.
