Awesome

Location was pretty good in the center of the town. Room space was awesome as well and the personnel was very kind. You can go to the Waterfront on foot without any problems, or meet other restaurants within the city.

The worst part was the WiFi connection, sometimes it wasn't possible to even load my e-mails or simple messages. I understand this is due to the service provider of the internet service, however it impacts a lot. I was trying to book tours for the following days at night, but it was taking me much longer than expected due to the WiFi.

Nightmare hotel

Reception staff was friendly

Stained pillows, very unclean bathroom, other people's hair in shower and bugs roaming aroundm zero parking. Wifi tested 1.2 mbps, extremely slow. No streaming options on tv, remote also barely worked. Mini fridge was empty, not even water. The hotel lobby floor was dirty, full of stains and marks. They could not care enough to mob it.

You can see they are trying to upgrade the building, and there are parts of the hotel that are looking good.

Cleanliness was lacking in the room, the chair was dirty and stained, the windows very dirty, the bathroom was dirty.

The staff was wearing his uniform will blue crocs on..looks absolutely terri...there was cocroaches rawling around that we asked for another room..we got to the room and the one beds linen was very white and the one next to it was old off white . There was only one towel in the room...I have video and pictures of the roaches and I will post them..also I paid R250 for breakfast..it was terrible..eggs was hard after they asked how I want the eggs..my ladies omlette was cold..my food was also cold..very unhappy with the rooms

My first time and for sure not my last time,it was super fantastic....the welcome from the security and the reception gentleman was outstanding a warm welcome and as far as i know the gentleman at reception was new, keep up that smile,,,and thank you to the General manager for his excellent service in assisting us,,,cant wait to be back...Regards L.G

Nothing on the website when I was booking said breakfast was not included so I was not happy about that. You should try to be more specific regarding the rooms that have breakfast packages and not.

Fabulous

Everything from the front desk at check-in to the day we checked out was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and I felt safe. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was big and spotless. I loved the place and plan to stay there again.

This hotel was a complete nightmare. The room was filthy, ugly, and the carpet looked like it had blood stains and I have pictures to prove it! Beds are so uncomfortable and make noise as you get on it. The bathroom was disgusting and looked abandoned. The front desk staff were okay but the security guards were hitting on us which I found it so unprofessional and creepy. Nothing matched the photos online. I felt unsafe and disappointed the entire time. Do NOT waste your money here!

Staff very friendly and helpful, hotel is beautiful, neat and comfortable.

Breakfast tariffs not worth the food that was available. Parking facilities were a problem. Not safe secure, parking. We could not sleep and had to keep an eye on our car throughout the nights. At an alarming daily parking rate.

Security security would not get the police involved refused to give me documentation and I was fortunately evicted

I was ejected illegally by the staff and by PPA despite paying for three weeks and staying here for three weeks They refused to give me any documentation took my money for an extended stay and then Renee and give it back as well as did not give me a tax invoice

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel we were happy and felt safe and protected.

The location is great very close to V&A Waterfront. We liked fact that the housekeeping was done daily except on days where we didn’t want to be disturbed. Staff were friendly and very helpful more especially the barmen.

We stayed for 9 days so without fridge and no microwave we found that very inconvenient.

On booking the accommodation was with free breakfast and parking, but on checkin was informed that theres no breakfast and no parking- have to pay for it as it is administered by a different company
