Very well situated to visit Convention Centre or the V&A Waterfront. Feel safe once completed all the registration requirements. Lounge is well equipped and comfortable.

The only window in the bedroom opens out on the passage and is open to everyone walking past. I was sold on having a diner in the building which is closed on Saturdays - no breakfast. Guests have to get all the paperwork done before a parking bay is allocated and in the time you have to park in the street - if you can find parking. Please consider that to be part of the online registration.

Great location, Food lovers market directly downstairs with Checkers across the street. Spacious apartment, responsive staff. Comfortable large bed with good quality bedding.

Check in was a faff. I got there after 5 and then had to deal with a myriad of not very clear instructions and a very grumpy, bordering rude, lady on the phone who was sending me QR codes- something which could have been provided earlier rather than me waiting in reception for her to deign to provide me with this essential information. Security won’t allow anyone to visit your apartment. I had a meeting organised with a staff member and had to create a fuss so they would allow her to accompany me upstairs at 1400 in the afternoon! I had to ask for a range of basic cookware and a hairdryer which obviously doesn’t come as standard in the room. These items were all provided within 24 hours of requesting them. The kitchen is not well stocked - old pans and not very many, basic crockery and cutlery, no non stick frying pan, no basic utensils, no coffee machine although after my request a coffee plunger was provided. No dishwasher- no big deal for me but might be for some. They also replaced the dirty cushions on the sofa. This apartment has huge potential to be great. They need to pay attention to the small details which will make a big difference - however despite the niggles, I will book to stay here again- it’s a much better option than 16 on Bree ( where I used to stay on my frequent business trips to the city)

Arrival - It took more than an hour to get registered on the system, and only to find out it still wasn't working later that evening - Super frustrating getting in and out the building. I also been waiting more than two weeks for an invoice - I have requested it twice and confirm my email - still not received anything
