Great location for Belsonic

Me and a group of friends stayed here as we were going to Belsonic. Was only a short walk away. Great house and had everything we needed for our group. Two bathrooms was a bonus.

A little more attention to cleanliness and presentation would restore this house to very good

Location was good for accessing the city centre

The kitchen cupboards and fridge were cluttered with previously used condiments/food of variable dates. There were no wine glasses, just an odd mix of glasses and mugs. Similar with the crockery. The electric shower and door had significant mould build up. The beds were end of life as were the pillows The house needs a deep clean to remove built up mould, dust and grime. Despite there being several cleaning sprays there was no evidence they were being used effectively. For future air BnB use, the house needs cleared of clutter and re-set with appropriate glassware and crockery

The location was reasonable, the extra bathroom was handy.

The property is in need of some maintenance and repair work. The shower had mould in and leaked. The front bedroom had a broken slat and felt as if it might collapse. The kitchen cupboard was hanging off, there was a lot of dirt, dust and rubbish under the beds, the sofa is in need of replacing.

For the money it was perfect for what we wanted There was only enough space for a squished up 4 on the sofa so if you wanted 6 in the living room it would be a very tight squeeze

Avoid so unclean!

Location was fine for what we needed as travelled for a dance competition and it was 10 mins from property

House was so unclean, mouldy food left in cupboards, milk in fridge dust and rubbish under the bed. Bed sheets were all marked looked like hadn’t been changed from previous stay. So noisy at nights sounded like party’s were being held next door which kids were a bit frightened. Shower stank like mould after use overall not great and definitely not worth the almost £900 it cost us. We actually tried to book a hotel during the stay but had no luck with availability.

Good accommodation, clean and tidy.

The location isn't really a student location, which it sounded like. There was random noise and shouting rom neighbours in the middle of the night, on a few occasions. There was also roadworks late at night and very early so check before you go. Some furniture needs refreshing.

My Belfast trip has been memorable. Well, aside from the lovely and helpful people of Belfast, we have an exceptionally amazing host. Ally has been very accommodating to our request of early check-in and has been available when we have questions regarding the property. The property was well-equipped and we have free milk and chocolate from our lovely host. 🫶♥️☺️ Thank you , Ally!

Great place. Clean, spacious and comfortable. People think the location isn't good, but I disagree.

More suited to young adults.

The house had everything needed. Check in was simple and stress free. The house was spotless.

Students in the house next door had a party and it went on until 4 in the morning. This only happened on the first night of our stay (Thursday) night. Friday and Saturday night were fine so they must go home at the weekend. Area was noisy and felt unsafe to walk alone. 35 minute walk to main shopping street/shopping center but still quicker to walk than drive due to traffic. Parking at the house was difficult.

Apart from the suite, which was very grubby, it was clean.

Grubby suite. Some people banging on ground floor bedroom window and door . Felt very unsafe and left first thing in morning after only 1 of 3 nights. Five weeks later we have still not received refund we were told we would get.

Great value and a great place to stay if you want to have a taste of the university area.

Everything was there for a comfortable stay. We had a taste of the real Belfast. The area was good for shops and less than ten minutes to the botanical gardens the tea cakes on arrival were appreciated.

The sofa We didn’t sit on it as it was very stained and looked saggy and uncomfortable. Such a shame as it was the only thing we could complain about.
