The location was good and the apartment had everything we needed. Parking was good outside on road. We liked the setup and the kitchen.

Just the 34 steps, as we are getting older.

We liked the quiet, easy access to the apartment. It was well maintained inside.

The kerb appeal was spoilt by the piled up rubbish that the neighbouring property had outside. We were unable to find any scissors at the property. No bathroom mat was provided, making it a hazard when stepping out of the shower. We had to use one of the hand towels, which wasn't ideal. We arrived, armed with milk and cookies, ready to warm up after a long journey. We were disappointed to find not a single teabag in the property. There was coffee pods, for the coffe maker, suger in the cupboard, but no form of loose or bagged tea. We had to venture out again, to hunt for a local store. The weather was diabolical whilst we were there (January). Ice underfoot, sub-zero temperatures and persistent rain the day we left. An Uber company let us down and, as the first local bus of the day arrived too late, we had no option but to walk to Grand Central Station in the rain.

I like the location which is very accessible to the city centre and the airport. It was a decent apartment.

My major put off was the carpet on the entrance hall way and the one in the bathroom. They were very old and so dirty. I literally couldn't stand it at first walking into the apartment, to the building and be welcomed by a dirty old carpet. Same thing when we walked into the apartment, the first room was the bathroom/toilet with very old dirty carpet. If we had the chance that night we would have just rebooked a new property. We ended up just limiting ourselves to staying in the bedroom when not up and about. Changing these carpets would make a whole lot of difference. A few friends have asked us to send them the address of where we stayed so they could stay there when they visit Belfast soon. Just not sure if we are happy to refer them to this, as it is a major hygiene issue for us.
