The view and the location. I also liked the space very much. The security at the gate was very friendly and helpful.

Nice area. Well maintained secure complex with manned security gates. Secure parking.
The apartment is on the second floor so if you have poor mobility the stairs may be a problem. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good communication prior to arrival by the hosting company and we were met at the arranged time. There is everything you might need for your stay included hairdryer and iron. The bathroom is on the ground floor with the bedroom set in an upstairs mezzanine. There is aircon downstairs but it does not reach upstairs so it was very very hot in the bedroom but there is a fan which was a lifesaver. We didn’t use it but there is a very nice pool in the complex.
Super hot in the bedroom so the fan was essential. Bathroom is on a different floor to the bedroom. Stairs to the property might be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

Beautiful space, well equipped, clean and comfortable.
The windows/sliding door could be better equipped to withstand the wind. The whistling through the cracks on a windy day was very loud.

Neat, clean and has everything you need to be comfortable.
No hot water during loading shedding. Suspect the geyser to be gas-operated (not sure).
