It includes an equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge that opens up onto a beautiful patio, a floating bedroom, an equipped remote workspace, 1.5 bathrooms, secure parking, and a rooftop terrace with private splash pool.

A 3 story penthouse, the apartment is located on the third floor of a secure complex with additional stairs between the three floors of the apartment.
The first floor is the kitchen, half bathroom, and lounge with stacked doors that open up onto a beautiful patio; the second floor has a floating bedroom with great views through the double volume windows, ensuite bathroom, and workspace equipped with a monitor, docking station, mouse, keyboard, and uncapped, high-speed Wi-Fi; the third floor is a rooftop terrace with an exclusive-use splash pool.
KITCHEN/LAUNDRY
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator/freezer, and clothes washer/dryer combo. There is also a drying rack in the glass canopy on the third floor of the apartment. If needed, guests can access the communal laundry room, which has a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer, free of charge.

Plush and cozy furnishings with 55" smart TV. Kitchen bar top with seating for two. The balcony also offers the perfect place to dine outdoors in the splendid Cape Town weather. Shades equipped on all windows throughout the apartment.

The patio offers gorgeous views of Lion's Head, Signal Hill, the City Bowl, and the harbor. It is equipped with comfortable patio couches, dining chairs, and a height-adjustable 4-seater table. The stacked glass doors can be opened wide to create an indoor/outdoor experience.
BEDROOM/ENSUITE BATHROOM
King sized, extra length Sealy Skyline (183 cm x 200 cm) fitted with high quality linens. Integrated wardrobes with plenty of non-slip hangers. Rechargeable lamps for periods of loadshedding. Blackout shades on bedroom windows. Loft floor has a built-in aircon/heater. Bathroom includes bathtub and separate shower, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
WORK SPACE
Large desk with gaming chair, docking station, ergonomic mouse, keyboard, and 24" full HD 100 Hz monitor. Fast Wi-Fi with UPS to keep you connected during periods of loadshedding.

This apartment has a private roof-deck. Enjoy the breathtaking 360° views of Cape Town's iconic landmarks from the plunge pool or large patio lounger. The pool is for your private use.

There are no elevators in the complex. This property starts on the 3rd floor and itself has three floors. Due to the balcony, rooftop terrace, and floating bedroom architecture, this apartment is not suitable for young children.
Apartment Servicing
• The unit is cleaned before your arrival, and then once a week for long term guests. We will work with you to coordinate the best time.
• The pool is serviced once per week, typically on Monday or Wednesday. Likewise, we will coordinate an amenable time with you.
