Muy bien ubicado. Andando a Ortigia y al parco arqueológico de Siracusa en unos 15-20 min. El barrio es humilde pero el piso reformado y muy limpio. El baño es enorme y tenía lo suficiente para poder cocinar algo. Hay cerca super mercado. La anfitriona muy amable.
Es un primero sin ascensor. En nuestro caso no supuso ningún problema. El salón tiene sofá cama pero es cómodo. En la habitación principal no hay aire acondicionado, hay un ventilador en el techo. Se promociona con desayuno pero solo es un café/leche o te con una bollería que puede ser dulce o salada. Si quieres otra cosa como fruta o un Donuts lo tienes que pagar aparte. Y está caminando a 8 minutos del apartamento hacia la playa.

Posizione comoda con possibilità di parcheggio in strada. Vicinanza con il centro anche a piedi facendo una bella camminata. Casa pulita e ottima con grandi spazi e ben attrezzata per accoglienza. Signora molto gentile
Esternamente lo stabile non è granché e non ci sono nemmeno indicazioni del B&b ma sono facilmente risolvibili

Appartamento ampio, bagno moderno, presenza lavatrice
Suppelletti cucina e pulizia degli stessi. Mancanza di adeguata aereazione della camera da letto. Finestre bagno agettanti sulla tromba delle scale.
