Giovanni was an incredibly present and helpful host, always available when we needed him. The apartment was exactly like in the photos: clean, well-equipped, and the terrace is simply magnificent, with a direct view of the sea. We felt right at home, everything we needed was there, and more: oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, a 2L bottle of still water, even toothpaste and soap. All the little details that really make a difference. The location is great: cca a 15-minute walk to Ortigia for a lovely stroll. And about 500 meters away we discovered Lido Zen, a beautiful beach that was just our style: good music, warm water, relaxing atmosphere. We warmly recommend this place, and if we ever return to Siracusa, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Lots of building work on properties nearby. Too noisy to use the terrace but probably okay by the summer

La tranquilidad y vista al mar

La limpieza. Los fogones de la cocina estaban sucios. Le faltaban muchos enseres en la cocina. No había ni una sartén , ni un cuchillo para cortar patatas o cebollas o verdura.y ningún trapo o balleta para limpiar , solo una esponja para fregar los platos. Cuando llegamos le dijimos al anfitrión que si podíamos salir más tarde, nos dijo a las 17 pero que normalmente era a las 10. El día antes de salir me contacta y me dice que debo pagar un extra al contado. Le dije que no se preocupara que me iba a las 10 y me dijo que OK, que no me cobraba. Finalmente nos fuimos a las 11,20
