Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal mare e a pochi minuti di macchina da Ortigia. Casa carina, semplice ed essenziale ma perfetta per qualche giorno di vacanza. Una nota per me essenziale, positiva, è il fatto che la casa ha un bel bagno con una doccia spaziosa.
Unici aspetti negativi della struttura sono:
- l’aria condizionata, presente si, ma poco funzionante, quasi nulla
- la presenza di formiche in camera, probabilmente per colpa di un buchino da qualche parte, che tornavano nonostante spazzassimo e pulissimo

Proprietaria gentilissima, sempre disponibile in tutto.
Appartamento comodo dotato di tutto il necessario, situato davanti al mare con accesso a una caletta proprio sotto.

The property was excellent. The host was the kindest lady and was always available to help us with anything.
The location is very good. The old city can be reached on foot within 20 minutes as can many other attractions and the coast with beautiful views of the cliffs.
The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Knives, pots, spices etc.
The bathroom was also great. Clean, came with any amenities you’d need.
I felt very safe here. Doors are very secure, and the terrace is also within a locked gate.
If noise at night is something that bothers you, you may want to consider that this apartment is between two roads. It never bothered us, however; just the sounds of cars.
There was a slight lack of shelf space for two people.

Der var pænt og rent og alt var nyt
- Manglende information om aircondition.
- Vi kom kun ind af døren fra gaden fordi en anden lejer var hjemme.
- Kaffekapsler var for store til kaffemaskinen
- Koden var forkert så vi havde problemer med at få nøglen.
- Der var meget larm fra bilerne ude på gaden på begge sider.
