Sehr stylische Unterkunft, industrial Style. Sehr gute Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Syrakus ist ein toller Ort. Viele weitere schöne Ziele sind gut erreichbar und die Abende in Ortigia verbringen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist absolut schnell und zuverlässig. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Very nice rooms and very quiet which is very important for my sleep quality. Clean and well equipped. A bit away from Ortigia but more of a local flavour as the area was not that touristy and it was only a few minutes walk away from the main attractions. We were in Sicily for three weeks and stayed in six different locations but this was our favourite!!

Appartement parfaitement qualibré pour 4 personnes 1lit en 160 et 1 lit en 120 (2 suites parentales avec salle de bain et wc), et très bien équipé. Emplacement parfait aussi bien pour aller sur la partie archéologique, que sur Ortigia (la vieille ville), et très calme. Il est très facile de se garer dans la rue même.
Une légère odeur d'humidité, malgré les deshumidificateurs en place, mais avec une bonne aération et la mise en route de la climatisation, tout va bien. Une machine à laver le linge, même commune, serait un vrai plus pour les longs séjours
