La ubicación, apartamento muy completo para conocer y disfrutar de Siracusa. A pesar de estar en zona céntrica, se encuentra lugar para aparcar cerca, de pago.
El acceso por escalera. Son dos pisos.

I due appartamenti, che sono stati completamente e piacevolmente ristrutturati, risultano accoglienti e funzionali. Gli infissi garantiscono un buon isolamento acustico. La struttura è veramente a due passi dall'isola di Ortigia e a una ventina di minuti dal Teatro Greco (in alternativa è possibile e consigliabile prenotare un taxi, soprattutto per il ritorno). Su Corso Umberto si trovano numerosi locali, una libreria ma fornita, e c'è un supermercato a poca distanza.
Non bisogna lasciarsi impressionare dall'androne e dalle scale dell'edificio, molto cadenti: appena si apre la porta di accesso agli appartamenti si entra in un altro mondo.
