Situated on the first floor of a lovely building, this apartment boasts a bright, double-exposure layout. The entrance opens into a spacious living area, complete with a dining section, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The apartment offers two comfortable double bedrooms, one of which includes a cozy study area. Additionally, there's a bathroom with a bathtub and a convenient laundry area.
Guests will love the expansive private terrace, perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning sea views of Ortigia and the small harbor of Syracuse.
