A charming 64-square-meter apartment with a private entrance, sleeping up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a recently renovated building in the historic neighborhood of Santa Lucia. The location is excellent! The main attractions are just a few minutes’ walk away, and the island of Ortigia is about a 10-minute drive away.
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms, and a large, furnished private terrace.

The interior layout is as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, TV, coat rack, desk, and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, split A/C, and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM with a double bed, a clothes rack, and split A/C + EN SUITE BATHROOM (shower, sink, bidet, and toilet);
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- TERRACE furnished with a table, chairs, and a small side table.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system air conditioning (one unit in the living room, one in the kitchen, and one in the bedroom), washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Crib and high chair available upon request, subject to availability.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a step at the entrance to the apartment.
The terrace is accessible via a flight of stairs (PLEASE NOTE if you are traveling with children).
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.
7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay, up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night, for up to 7 consecutive nights).
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Esummer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.
In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which these systems may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Syracuse Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.
Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and gain access to the apartment.
Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site keybox.
In case of problems, phone support is available until 10:00 PM.
If you would prefer to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee as follows:
- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;
- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: 25.00 euros.
