Charming old house, great host. Loved walking in Ortigia seeing the archaeological museum and the local snorkeling spots near the house. Will be back!

Very kind and friendly owners, Vincenzo waited for us outside of usual checkin hours, and his daughter, Sophia made sure to let us know she is available for us should we need anything. This was much appreciated. Spacious, bright apartment, air conditioning in every room. Very beautiful old building, but a bit degraded on the facade.

The location is on an apparent small one way street (if you check it on Google Maps), but in fact it bears constant traffic and although there are speed limits there, driving is fast and loud, so you can hear it from the apartment, including with the shutters and windows closed. Especially during the weekend, it gets very noisy because of the continuous traffic until late hours. Cleanliness could be improved in the bathroom before new guests. Parking is narrow but if you rent a small car (we had a Fiat Panda), it works perfectly.

Beautiful spacious apartment . Huge Beds and extremely comfortable. Host was available at all times to answer our questions . Located in front of little sea area for swimming . Host provided everything we requested.. Thank you for our stay

Very clean, well equipped apartment. Comfortable beds and pillows. The towels where fluffy and soft. Air conditioning in every room. Good location, close to many restaurants and quick access to the sea.
