Comfy Luxury Stay

The room and grounds were beautiful. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Great location a quick drive to public parking in town. The free shuttle to the beach and free beach chairs (so comfy) were great benefits of staying here. Breakfast was amazing as well! Hot tub and balcony was perfecting for morning and evenings. Wanted to bring the mattress home, best sleep of my life. And the cats were very friendly.

Not much, all very minor things: one drain gurgled a lot, some of the screens on the windows were torn so we had to keep the windows closed.

Absolutely fabulous!

Absolutely everything. Natassa, Niko and all the brothers, as well as the staff at Peppermint Restaurant & Bar were outstanding. Milestones is located in a a very quiet and peaceful area with only five rooms on the property. It was a haven. We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at Milestones and loved every minute of our stay. The suite was modern and well designed. It was extremely spacious and very comfortable with lots of storage space. The bed was comforrtable as were the pillows and the water pressure was excellent. A large terrace and good size pool which was part of our suite was a haven that we spent a lot of time in. A lovely breakfast was delivered to your room each morning and enjoyed on the terrace. You selected your options on a sheet each day and dropped it off to reception for the following day’s breakfast. Lots to choose from and you always got extras. Complimentary transfers to Plaka, a lovely beach not far from Milestones, was always appreciated, as were the complimentary sunbeds at Peppermint Beach Restaurant & Bar. If you don’t have a car, speak to Natassa and she can organise a private tour to some of the villages or archaeological sites at an hourly rate. The olive oil tasting was particularly good as was the galaktoboureko at a small cafe in the village of Halki. The kindness and hospitality of everyone concerned was most appreciated. We hope to come back again next year as this stay was one of our favourites.

Nothing, but I would suggest some towel rails in the bathroom would be very useful as would an umbrella or awning for some shade when sitting on the sun beds over the pool.

Nice but too expensive

Large room, clean, very nice staff very responsive by whatsapp. They arranged an ATV rental for us and they have a driver to get you to their Peppermint beach. Nice private pool

We had a great stay, but this is far too expensive as they are not offering 5 stars standard, for several reasons: - it's a 10mn walk to reach the beach and restaurants, on a small narrow road with several sharp turns and no light at night, so quite dangerous. They have a shuttle as mentioned above though - There is a foul smell in the bathroom, clearly a problem with the pipes - there is also a bad smell outside, from nearby farms - located on the road so not much intimacy when you're on the terrace/pool - you have to spend money at the Peppermint beach. I'm sorry but at €600+ per night, this is simply petty. I'm not saying drinks should be free but simply that you shouldn't have to spend money if you don't want to - Disappointing breakfast. First of all they asked us to tell them after the first day what we wanted or not, but didn't care about our answers and kept bringing things we explicitly said we wouldn't eat, and not bringing what we said we liked. Then, the quality was just not good enough for a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. No freshly squeezed orange juice, the bread and pastries felt a a bit stale, no choice of eggs it was the same omelet every day. If it was cheaper that would be absolutely fine, but I'm afraid this is not worth €600+ per night.

Gorgeous stay , wonderful family, 5 star villa

Fabulous family owned and run. Top notch service, delicious breakfast cooked by mom. Gorgeous views, ate 4 out of 5 nights in the. Restaurant a short drive from the hotel also owned but the family. Delicious seafood, fish, typical Greek food, and incredible service.reasonably priced , can eat almost on top of the gorgeous beach.

Brand new, spotless clean, so spacious , amazing hosts , excellent views of the island - not only sea views but hill and field views, relaxing and quiet environment , the most comfortable beds and pillows, tasty and large breakfast served in the suite , sparking clean and new jacuzzi, daily housekeeping / cleaning / amenities and provision of enough coffee tablets for coffee addicts like us :) , short walk to one of the best beaches in Naxos. I have been to Naxos 7 times and stayed in many different hotels/suites/apartments. This one is defiantly one of my favourites and I will be visiting again for sure!

Newly built, clean and beautiful rooms- the private pool was AMAZING

We LOVED having our private pool. The room was gorgeous, large, well decorated and very well maintained. The cleaning crew did an exceptional job to keep the room pristine.

The location felt a little removed and the walk to the beach was a little scary at night when cars were coming around the curves- I would recommend encouraging guests to rent an ATV or having an easier way to rent ATVs through the hotel. A few suggestions: I would recommend the rooms to have hooks for your towels, a suitcase stand/rack, iron, tissues

Great stay - so quiet - short 15min drive into Naxos old town - would do it again !!!

Fabulous suite and pool- Great place still being built into a resort - their off premise property has bar and restaurant although a 5min drive - fantastic Greek local flavors made by the family chef (mom) best we had on the island.

Amazing boutique hotel!

This hotel is beautiful! The rooms where spacious and beautiful! We had breakfast in our room everyday and it was huge and fresh and best of all delicious!! Everything from the bathroom to the shower to the reception area was clean and the staff was just lovely to work with. The hotel is located about a 10 min walk to the beach which has plenty or yummy restaurants to select from.

Exceptional

We had great week on May at Milestones. Apartment was new and the place was quiet. Long sandy beaches were only 5 minutes away by walking. Special thanks for Milestones team - Great service and excellent breakfast.

only adequate stay with limited service

spacious room and comfortable furniture. very modern furnishings. open space and some views from picture windows.

no in-house dining. had to drive 10 minutes to get dinner. very isolated location far from the centre of Naxos. breakfast was a mixed bag, served in the room with no real choice given. despite being informed that one guest is vegetarian and the other does not eat pork, were served meat and ham at breakfast. the front door lock is very difficult to open.

Ein äusserst sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Ein richtiger Familienbetrieb! Natassa und das ganze Team hat uns von Beginn an jeden Wunsch erfüllt und unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen. Wenn überhaupt, dann lediglich die Lage zum Zentrum – dafür empfiehlt es sich, ein Auto zu mieten oder den Fahrservice des Hotels zu nutzen. In Plaka selbst findet man jedoch zahlreiche Restaurants und Strände, die bequem zu Fuss erreichbar sind.
