Paradise

The property was immaculate, from cleanliness to attentiveness from the staff especially Nasos, who took time everyday to make sure everything was perfect and checking to see if there was anything we needed from recommendations or helping to book transport. The food was also exceptional at the property, having one of the best meals the whole trip there. The pool staff were also exceptional, making sure you were well looked after while poolside. The property is in a great location, with the beach being the other side of the road and a small town just a short walk away with shops and great restaurants. I couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone visiting Naxos, so thank you to everyone at Sundunes, we would love to be back.

The staff, the facility and the location were just what we needed.

Beautiful, serene, quiet and so close to the beach. It felt very private and yet we had such good access to amenities.

Planning our return trip already!!

BEST place to stay on Naxos!! Absolutely EVERYTHING was amazing!! The check-in staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed, the location is steps from a beautiful beach and lots of restaurants (their rooftop had just closed for the season but they have healthy snacks and pizza available!), the apartment was beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable, the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious, the beds were SO comfortable (and even had a choice of 2 pillows!!) and the hotel was spotlessly clean and beautifully cared for- without a doubt one of the best places we have stayed! We enjoyed the beautiful sunset views from the balcony and the wonderful staff who went out of their way for us! We only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Loved it. Our favorite stay maybe ever. Will be coming back with family, friends, or as a romantic getaway.

We loved the hospitality we received from the moment we entered the property. We were greeted with welcome drinks and they were able to accommodate all our needs. The breakfast was exceptional and they switch it up each morning. The location was perfect.. close to the beach, amazing restaurants, and 3 minute walk to ATV rental which was perfect for us! The property was beautiful.. it truly felt like a one of a kind stay. We will be coming back for sure!!

Outstanding!!

Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Marakis and shown to our lovely room with a beautiful view of the ocean and the Naxian countryside. The staff were so helpful, welcoming and kind. They have a delicious complementary breakfast bar that we looked forward to each morning. We received many great local tips for historical sites, villages and restaurant recommendations from Marakis. We enjoyed both the pool and the gorgeous beach overlooking Paros. The poolside and breakfast staff Yotta and Constantine were very attentive to all our needs. Overall an excellent experience and we highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sundunes

The staff were amazing went above and beyond, very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was new, spacious and very clean. Beautiful breakfast. Dinner in restaurant was also superb. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Helped us with things to do in the island, which was also extremely beneficial, we did an amazing food cooking afternoon at Platia in Galini which was wonderful, wouldn’t not have considered this if they hadn’t suggested.

Amazing stay at this hotel, had a wonderful time! The hotel is beautiful very peaceful and calm, the beach perfect right next to the hotel one of the best beaches I have been clear water and sandy beach. The manager, staff everyone were so nice and welcoming. The room was really nice they upgraded us to a bigger room which was amazing and spacious clean and very nice view! Loved it !! Definitely will go back.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sundunes. The property is stunning, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and ideally located just a few steps from Plaka beach – one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The setting is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the beauty of Naxos. A huge thank you to the entire team, spécial mention to Nasos, for their warm hospitality and constant attention to detail. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was taken care of with kindness and professionalism. The homemade breakfasts by the pool were delicious, varied, and made with fresh local ingredients. Our room was spacious, bright, and perfectly equipped, with a private terrace ideal for enjoying sunsets. Every detail is designed for the comfort and well-being of the guests. We would 100% recommend Sundunes, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends. A true hidden gem! We can’t wait to come back 💙

This is a really beautiful hotel, right on Plaka beach. Well worth a visit!

This is a really beautiful hotel. Our room was enormous and beautifully appointed. The pool is glorious, perfect for lounging by. The breakfast each morning is fresh and plentiful and the new rooftop restaurant is first class.

If I had to name just one thing, a slightly more extensive small snack menu for the pool bar would be super.

Unforgettable stay!

Everything was simply perfect! First of all I have no words for the staff, so polite and friendly and ready to help you with whatever you need. Special thanks to Nasos and George who tried and succeeded to make us feel like home. Even my young daughter loved them and wants go back to see them! The rooms are beautiful and spotless clean. The breakfast is delicious with fresh and new options every day. We will definitely go back!

Our stay was magical! The staff was so welcoming and lovely. The hotel grounds were stunning and the food was so delicious (much better than at most local restaurants). We truly enjoyed our time at sundunes- excellent staff and great serene location. Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Access to the beach is super easy!

Beautiful new hotel in the most perfect location in Naxos

We stayed at Sundunes hotel in Naxos for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon trip around Greece. This was by far our favourite island and the hotel was perfect. The hotel location is directly next to a beautiful beach and many amazing restaurants just a 5 min walk along the beach front. All of the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful during our stay - they helped us out with a car rental as we wanted to travel the island and hike mount Zeus. We would highly recommend Sundunes hotel if you're planning at visit to Naxos. Top tip, use the public bus service if you're planning to visit the old town in the day or evening as it only costs €2.50 per person and runs every 30 mins from right outside the hotel. Taxis are quite expensive.

Rooms were spacious and brand new. Well appointed.

The property has just opened recently, and a lot of finishing touches, have yet to be done such as the hardscaping around the property. So it was very dusty and just dirt or crushed stone paths to the villas, which made it difficult to get to and from with baggage. There were no comforters on the beds only sheets. We had to ask for blankets, I think comforters would really elevate the sleeping experience.
