Perfect peaceful stay

Our stay was just perfect. Couldn't think of any way to improve it if I tried. The apartment was clean, slick, spacious and comfy. It had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. Everything worked well and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for a few home cooked meals. The place was so quiet and peaceful, and was a great mix of having your own space and privacy as well as the friendly and helpful staff who cleaned and cooked breakfast and ran reception. The highlight was the breakfast and the chef who ran it, she was so friendly and welcoming. She took so much pride and passion in what she had made fresh each day, telling us all about the local foods and treats. And above all, it was all delicious. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and so peaceful. When we come back to Naxos we will definitely be staying here again

Beautiful, and great breakfast

We were expecting a nice apartment with a decent breakfast, and instead we got an amazing surprise. The apartment with the jacuzzi was so new and beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, with a full range of choices, salty and sweet and freshly done. Stelios the owner and the whole staff were friendly, helpful and amazing people. Would totally come back and recommend to everyone

Beautiful Serene Space for a family holiday

The environment was fantastic. Care had really been taken to create a beautiful and serene space. The pool and villa were kept at a fantastic standard and Stelios and his team were always on hand for anything we needed. The breakfast was also deliciously indulgent and we enjoyed it very much!

Only 2 things. The planes going from Naxos airport fly quite low over the property and can be a bit disruptive. And despite it only being a short walk to the beach, the road to walk along is not pedestrian friendly, although not dangerous, and in retrospect we would have rented a car.

Lovely relaxing stay

We stayed here for a week in a 3 bedroom villa which had an amazing pool and outdoor area. Villa was spacious and had everything we needed. We had a rental car so naxos town was a quick 10 minute drive away. Stelios the host wax super friendly and helpful. Would recommend

The perfect stay during our Naxos Wedding

We stayed at Sea and Olives with our wedding party in Naxos and we could not have asked for a better experience. Once we had ATV’s, the property was not far from Plaka Beach. The suites that we had were spacious for all guests and the facilities were always working. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help in anyway. And the breakfast buffet in the morning had a large variety and catered to all our dietary needs. We will be back!

Magical!

What a wonderful place, the accommodation was outstanding in terms of design and comfort. Breakfast was a real treat and different options appeared everyday. The housekeeping was exceptional and Stelios the owner was so warm and welcoming. The location was great, whilst it was peaceful and rural around the accommodation it was only a few minutes drive or 15 min walk to bars and restaurants. And it was only 15 mins drive to Naxos town and i believe there is a frequent bus if needed. It was our first trip to Naxos and we will definitely be back and would stay at Sea & Olives in a flash.

Lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay!

The apartment was lovely! Very spacious, very clean. We loved the hot tub as well. The hotel had a great shared pool and because it’s only shared with a couple of other apartments there was always space. A lovely quiet location as well, about a 15 min walk from Plaka beach (although further out from the town). But there was a bus that took us to the town in 20 mins which was great!

Fantastic

The property was faultless, great for a large group of adults and kids. The staff were super friendly and so accommodating with our needs, the breakfast and house keeping was a great perk. The pool was great. The location of the villa was fantastic, you’ll need a car but it’s all within a 10 minute drive to the town and beaches.

This hotel was an absolute delight to stay at for my husband and I! The room with a hot tub was extremely spacious and comfortably furnished, the kitchen area was also well equipped, and the breakfast was excellent. From the start to the finish, the hotel staff ensured our time there was wonderful. It was also very near the Plaka beach which was extremely convenient.

Very relaxing place to stay with great staff, private pool made it extra special.

Stunning apartment, well designed and new, large outdoor area with shallow and deep pools which were perfect combination, also cleaned daily. Outdoor shower which was great when coming back from the beach. Sea view and lovely sunsets. Well equipped kitchen and regular cleaning so had benefits of apartment but also felt like a hotel with bath robes, fresh towels. 15 minute walk to the beach, not too crowded, great selection of restaurants by the beach, relaxing and not built up.

A nice and relaxing vacation

Perfect accommodation for a larger family. 3 bedrooms and place to socialize both inside and outside. Nice with your own pool which invites to a nice and relaxing vacation. Pool and apartment were cleaned every day. Nice and luxurious place to enjoy you holiday!

If you son don’t have a car you have to walk a bit along a dark road if late in the evening.

Best place to stay on Plaka beach (Naxos)

This was by far, the best place we stayed during our trip to Greece that covered Santorini, Naxos & Athens. I would say it was near-perfect and wish we could have stayed longer. The owner (Stelios) was very personable, friendly & helpful. Was cleaned daily, new towels, and bathroom soaps, toilet paper replenished and that was well-appreciated. Place was relatively new and spacious and very well-designed from an Architectural point of view. It was in a quiet area away from the noise on the beach with tourists. The furniture was also very authentic and really made it feel like you are at a coastal resort on holiday. I got some inspiration for my next construction project. Next time we visit Naxos, we'll for sure stay here again. It's well located near the Plaka beach although you have to walk down a relatively busy road (without side walk) to get to beach about 10mins walk. Property grounds well kept and clean. Apartment had a Jacuzzi that I personally didn't try but our teenage daughter tried and loved it. Probably could have used the apartment with the pool instead of Jacuzzi. There was always a nice cool breeze from the ocean. We didn't use the A/C as it was cool enough in the apartment and did not need it. Kitchen had everything needed --we only made breakfast, but there was Olive oil, salt, etc provided. We also found a welcoming bottle of white wine & fruits on arrival. Great restaurants all along Plaka beach and a couple of mini-markets to get basics. Bus connections to Chora along the beach road also made it easier to access the downtown area.

I would say it was near-perfect; just a few minor things that are not a show-stopper! Bed was just abit soft for my taste, but that's a personal taste and appreciate that all places will not have firm beds. But it was still not too soft - was in between soft & firm. I was still able to have a good nights sleep. I thought the closet space in the bedrooms could have been more; you have little space to unpack - so must leave most of the stuff in the suitcases; but was still manageable. There were mosquitoes in the area so opening windows at night for fresh sea breeze did let in mosquitoes - ended up with mosquito bites but they don't cause malaria - so all ok, just a nuisance (but maybe install mosquito nets on the beds to solve the problem). It's nice to be able to walk to Plaka beach in about 10 mins, but you have to walk down a relatively busy road (without side walk); would be nice to have another route/path to/from the beach without having to deal with cars - especially at night when coming back from dinner at restaurants along the beach. Nothing to do with the property, but just be aware you have to buy your bus tickets at the mini market on Plaka beach before you get on the bus (we didn't know so missed the first bus as we thought you could get tickets on the bus). But bus connections are frequent so not a big deal.

Exceptional

Beautiful villa within walking distance of beach. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to ensure your stay is everything you could hope for. Stelios is a friendly face to meet you when you arrive and provides great local advice on beaches, restaurants, shopping and car hire. Irene and Amanado cannot do enough to help with anything you require inside the villa. We would recommend Sea & Olives very highly.

Superb

The villa was exceptional. Shower, kitchen, sofa, hot tub... But THE BED... No words to describe how comfortable it was. Everything screamed luxury... Stelios and team were amazing... Definitely, one hundred percent recommend this place.

It's a little out, but that's the charm. You need a car/bike to get around. But you also need wheels to explore the island, so it ends up not being a problem...

A piece of Heaven in Naxos

Firstly, what a location. Among beautiful grounds of Olive trees and all kinds of natural vegetation. Close to several beaches, Restos and Mini Marts. It was heavenly. The suite was gorgeous and new. very modern. The host Stelios was awesome. Very helpful, informative, helps us rent a car which is necessary cuz you’re like in a tiny village away from town and sites. My husband and I are planning to book Sea & Olives next fall again.
