Perfect getaway 🌸

Fantastic place with beautiful surroundings, great rooms, a good distance to the beach, restaurants and a local shop – and a truly friendly staff who did everything to give us a wonderful experience. The room was excellent, clean and tidy 🌸 The perfect place for a honeymoon, for us!!

Fantastic Stay - Would definitely stay again

Location was fantastic. Rooms were generous and great for family stays. Breakfast was offered daily at 7:30 and was perfect way to start the day. Maria at the front desk was amazing the whole stay.

Minor, but our bed could have been a touch softer.

Perfect location for Plaka Beach. Hotel wasn’t quite what we’d hoped…

The location is fantastic! Really close to the beach but a bit set back so it has some privacy. The beach is lovely and there is a shop really close by. The hotel has a bar by the pool and the staff were friendly and helpful. Maria (we think) on reception in the daytime was super helpful and friendly! During the stay we were in two different rooms and one of the rooms had a lovely terrace with beautiful planting. There are a lot of fruit trees and vines which we really liked. The pool is in the centre of the complex with the villas around it. I think this would be a great place for a family stay!

We checked in at around 7pm in the evening (due to a late ferry, which is fairly common it seems) and we had let the hotel know that we would be late due to this, but when we arrived there was no one at reception to meet us and it took some time for anyone to arrive. Once someone did arrive we were checked in and shown to our room and given some information about the breakfast and that towels required a deposit but that was about it. Essentially the customer service was a bit more laid back than we’d ideally like. There was a bar but often there was no one there and we weren’t sure who actually worked at the hotel so it was difficult to know who to ask (there were also various people who went behind the bar on occasion who also seemed like they were guests wearing swimsuits/ friends with the actual staff. It was a little confusing!😂). In addition following making our reservation but before we arrived we’d been contacted to inform us that there had been an oversight with the room and would we mind moving rooms mid-stay. The extra room was nicer than what we’d booked, but it was a little disappointing to have to pack up and check-out only to then check back in a little later (the hotel did hold our suitcases during this time) To be clear if we didn’t want to swap rooms the other option offered was to cancel our reservation entirely which we didn’t want to do. They were very nice about it, however in practice it wasn’t ideal. We’d also add that the breakfast buffet wasn’t great compared to most other places we’ve stayed at this price point - very little hot food, pastries were a bit stale etc

Stay was ok but expected more for that kind of money spent

Close to the beach and lots of nice restaurants. Lovely pool too.

Breakfast was very average and some guests got freshly squeezed juice & fresh omelet while the others got whatever they had out. It was still ok but very noticeable. Only 2 little bottles of shampoo and body wash. Not enough for the 4 of us. Expected a lot more for the money we payed.

Relaxing.

The staff were above and beyond helpful with everything! Even sending some things I had forgotten in the room to Athens. They were pro active with assisting me with activities with my kids. I was traveling alone with my 3 kids so it was crucial to feel supported. Thank you so much for such a relaxing stay

Beautiful hotel with spacious, comfy suites!

Beautiful property with tons of space in the family unit, a yummy breakfast, easy parking, friendly staff, a beautiful pool and nice little yoga area with mats.

The pool was chilly in early June - wish there was a hot tub to warm up in! Its walking distance to lots of restaurants and Plaka beach.

Beautiful space and pool area. Good breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants. Yazoo was delicious! 5 minute walk to a beautiful, Long Beach. Balcony had a rack to hang your wet/washed clothes on.

Amazing experience! Would definitely return for our next Naxos family trip.

Don’t know where to start…Property was absolutely beautiful. Looks brand new and facility was spotless. Very serene vibes at pool area and rooms were so spacious and fully equipped for our large family. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel like family. Complimentary breakfast was amazing everyday. Plaka beach is only 2 minute walk away and was absolutely beautiful as well.

Internet speed was slightly slow and spotty.

Relaxing, luxurious villa in a perfect location.

Everything was even better than expected. The villas were gorgeous and clean. The location was so quiet and serene, but only a few hundred feet down a gravel path to Plaka Beach, the bus stop, and all the beach cafes. The pool was great and the free breakfast every morning was delicious.

The only part I didn't like was having to leave! :)

Property was in excellent condition. Both the room and pool area were fantastic and very well looked after. Although not located on the beach, it was an easy walk (approx 4 mins) to Plaka Beach. The only small criticism would be the pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

We came with 11 people from Melbourne, Australia. It felt boutique and refined. The pool area is incredible as it the morning breakfast. It’s in an under developed location of Plaka which makes it charming. Coming again.

Exquisite hotel

We loved everything about this hotel!! Truly exquisite hotel with every detail attended to and thought of. The grounds were gorgeous, excellent pool and incredibly clean everywhere. All the staff were so wonderful, helpful and kind. The breakfast alone is enough reason to stay again....it was my kids favorite part of the whole trip! The food was very fresh and delicious. The pool bar was also just perfect!! Do yourself the biggest favor and get a massage with Mihalis. My husband and I both had the best massage of our lives from him 😌 💕 The location is excellent as well. It's about a 5 minute walk down to the many beach bars where you can get chairs and an umbrella for a cost. The hotel also has plenty of beach toys you can borrow. We would come back here in a heart beat. Truly an exceptional experience for our family of 7.

Amazing hotel and staff close to beautiful beaches!

Love the hotel - staff was excellent and so friendly. Breakfast was our favorite of all the places we visited in 4’sifferent islands. Location to the beach, with restaurants, shops and the bus to get to town. The views along the Mike’s of the beach’s. Will go back for sure!

The place is very peaceful and we had our own villa which has the beach view and the pool view, we had the time of our lives. The breakfast was very delicious, tbey serve traditional Greek food and desserts too. We rented a car so going in and out to the city centre was not a problem. This place is amazing!

Beautiful beautiful hotel on a gorgeous beach. We had the family-size room, a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette upstairs and a lower level with a second bedroom and bath. Super for our family. Nice breakfast, lovely staff.

Only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay.

Perfect hotel in Naxos

Everything is brand new, decorated with taste. Spotless clean. Beautiful big bedroom/apt. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Staff are kind, helpful and lovely. They helped us get a good deal with car rental. Pool was cold, but refreshing and beautiful. Very short walk to an amazing beach. Everything was perfect.

Clean, modern, amazing service and great location.

We loved out stay at Cosmos. With being a new hotel, it's beautifully fresh and so clean. The staff put a lot of effort into keeping it a clean and tidy space. The staff were attentive and friendly. We especially appreciated Eleni and Maria's help with transfers and tips on places to visit and eat on the island. The decor of the rooms and hotel is beautiful - it really makes you feel relaxed. The location was great - an easy stroll to all of the local tavernas and beach bars. Thanks for a great stay!

the staff are definitely the highlight of the hotel - extremely hospitable and kind.

maybe it was because we came during off season, but from 4 o’clock there was no reception and after 5 no bar services. the breakfast was very tasty but they won’t refill anything (except for the mini fridge), so if you don’t arrive before 10 your options are quite slim. also a heads up- the hotel provides a free taxi from the airport/port. upon check out, they offered to order a taxi back to the airport, which we assumed was also part of the free services provided by the hotel, but when the driver dropped us off he asked for 25 euros (!!!) for the 7 minute drive.

Modern relaxing boutique style hotel trip

Location great, just 5 minutes walk from the beach with 2 beds and a parasol from €9. Brand new, modern, clean hotel with beautiful rooms. Have to admit that the bed was a little hard but I would still go back. Breakfast was a bit limited but certainly able to find some things for everyone and the setting by the pool was lovely. Booked this hotel as it is near a lovely beach and it also offered free transfers to and from the port, which was by a lovely, friendly taxi driver. Thanks Cosmos - we will return.

Booked a superior sea view room type and it was not really a sea view - but you could see the sea through buildings. I would clarify this next time I booked.

Perfect cozy hotel with pool and breakfast

we received a villa instead of our booked apartment and in terms of space, it was amazing. two floors and two bathrooms (priceless). good breakfast. pool, view, all in all a great choice. love the marble design and the ceramics in the kitchen. big fridge and freezer wow.

the road to the hotel can be a problem since its a country road, we had issues with the car one evening BUT if u learn the good one, things are ok. Greece roads.

Superb

Location was excellent, facilities were spacious and lovely, staff was extremely accommodating. The breakfast was also very good and the cappuccinos were delicious. Laundry service and transfers were also great.

I would prefer more options for dining. And sadly my sea view was obstructed by another building.
