Exceeded our expectations.

Fabulous villa. Very well equipped with washing machine, full kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and separate cloakroom. Spiros, Anastasia and family were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We will be returning.

A great base in Naxos

New modern apartments. Spacious and comfortable. Only a 10 min walk to Agia Anna beach and shops and bus stop into Naxos town. Great small pool area with comfortable loungers with a nice view of airport and Naxos Town in distance. Underground parking on site. Great to have a washing machine with washing pods provided. Hosts were warm and friendly and there to welcome us and see us depart. They contacted us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Ladies who serviced the rooms were great. A perfect accommodation for us in Naxos.

The perfect place

My stay here was perfect. The property is super nice and my room had everything I needed. Housekeeping came every day, so it was always fresh and clean. The pool area is amazing with a beautiful view (The rooms have a great view too). And the beach is less than 10-minute walk down one road, which made it super easy to get to restaurants and the water. But the best part was the hospitality. The owner, Spiros, is extremely welcoming — and is now a friend. Thanks for such a great stay 🙌🏼 (Ps: when I was walking around Agia Anna, I was looking at other hotels, but none of them were as nice as Nilea. This place is the best I think.)

A relaxing family holiday

Nicely furnished spacious and clean rooms. The pool is a great size and separate pool towels are provided. Very friendly and helpful staff and the host made us feel very welcome!

MARVELOUS!

My family and I stayed for a week in this marvelous accomodation (3-10 of August). The property is truly beautiful, even better than the photos. Strategic position, perfect to reach easily both the most beautiful beaches on the island and the city center. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the comforts you need, even when, like us, you have two small children. The parking space was also really convenient. The highlight, however, is the outdoor space. Both the house's own space, with an egg-shaped swing with cushions, where the kids had so much fun and we adults relaxed in the evenings. And, above all, the shared pool, which felt almost private since access (for almost all the houses in the complex) is directly from the private garden. A true luxury, especially at certain times of the day or when the Meltemi was too strong to stay on the beach. The icing on the cake was the welcome: Spiros and his wonderful family welcomed us with professionalism and great empathy, almost as if we had already known each other for a long time. Definitely a place to return to, especially since Naxos is also a wonderful island. Thanks for everything Spiros! Andrea

Modern Accommodation in a good location

It’s new and modern, good location to Agia Anna beach (10 minute walk), the pool and area is nice and clean. The manager was friendly and provided good information on arrival.

Although it was new quite a few things were broken (reported at the time). All the door handles came off in our hands which meant we couldn’t close the doors. The dishwasher leaked. Sadly it was quite dirty when we arrived in certain areas. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped and the kitchen cupboards were dirty inside. Water wasn’t replenished daily as advertised and v small thing, there was only 4-5 hangers provided so guests will need to bring their own.

Een fijn verblijf op een toplocatie met een geweldige host, al waren er wat verbeterpunten in comfort en netheid.

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in deze accommodatie in Agia Anna, Naxos. De ligging is goed: op loopafstand (10 minuten, ‘s avonds wel donker) zijn er veel gezellige restaurants en bars, en het strand van Agia Prokopios (ons favoriete strand aan de westkust) ligt vlakbij en is werkelijk prachtig. Op loopafstand van de accommodatie zijn ook meerdere scooter en auto verhuurbedrijven. De bedden slapen goed en in de badkamer staat een wasmachine, inclusief wasmiddel – erg handig tijdens een langer verblijf. De accommodatie beschikt over meerdere airco’s en een eigen terras of balkon waar je lekker kunt zitten. Je krijgt dagelijks schone handdoeken en er zijn ook grote strandlakens aanwezig. Je hoeft geen eigen beddengoed mee te nemen. De host was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij aankomst en vertrek werd er een taxi geregeld, en toen dat bij het uitchecken niet lukte door druk verkeer, heeft de host ons kosteloos zelf naar de haven gebracht. Dankzij deze service hebben we onze boot gehaald, wat echt een groot pluspunt was. Kortom: een ideale plek om te verblijven, met een geweldige ligging en een gastvrije host. Zeker een aanrader!

De hoofdkussens op het bed waren erg dik en hard, wat niet voor iedereen even comfortabel was. Daarnaast was het niet overal even schoon (schimmel in de badkamer en vlekken op de bank) en werkte de vaatwasser helaas niet. De vaatwasser was vanbinnen ook erg vies en leek niet te zijn aangesloten op het water.

Sehr Sauber. Spiros war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Immer gern wieder. Selten so eine sehr gute Unterkunft gehabt. Freue mich jetzt schon aufs nächste Mal. Liebe Grüße an alle aus den Niederlanden.
