Birbas Hotel

Uns hat besonders gut das Personal gefallen, alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bekamen zum Beispiel frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten, da ihnen auffiel, dass wir selbst kochten. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut! Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen!

Leider war es in der Etage über uns sehr laut (Kratzen über dem Boden durch verschieben der Möbel). Der Fehler liegt aber nicht bei der Unterkunft, sondern bei den Gästen.

Great and warm hospitality, helpful staff and comfortable and modern facilities. The host will help you with great suggestions to discover the island. Breakfast was home-made and delicious! Easy to reach by car, close to main beaches and not far from main town.

The room was big, clean and equipped. There was also a nice cake that they put on your desk :)

When i arrived there was no one that could talk with me in english, and just after a while i got to talk with someone on the telephone. The water in the shower has spilled on the floor because the curtain was too short. The water also didn’t get drained so fast by themself. At least there should have been a wiper in the room for wipe the water. There was also a problem in the toilet. the most problematic thing in my experice in the hotel is that you need to walk 10-15 minutes in the road where the cars goes in order to get to agia anna port/beach. The is no sidewalk at all and the sides of the road are very narrow and you need to hope that a car won’t crash you. Sometimes you must walk inside the road. It was really dangerous and scary for me. You must have a car or use a taxi. Maybe there is a sideway that I didn’t discoverd. i asked the guy from the hotel and he said that you need to walk in the road.
